The Zebra is looking for hard-working, motivated professionals to join our lively call center and tight-knit team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers shopping for insurance on the nation’s leading insurance comparison site. Your role will be to turn insurance shoppers into long-term customers and brand champions of The Zebra.
Schedule:
This is a full-time 40 hours/week position.
Working hours are 7:00AM - 9:00PM Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM on Saturdays (and we have Sundays off)! With our growing Agency, hours are always subject to change.
Location:
Our agents start off 100% remote. Every licensed employee must conduct business from their primary residence in Texas. All new hires will need to relocate to Texas by the time of their start date.
Salary:
Our sales agents are hourly, but usually make between $45k-60k annually in their first year (but with base rates and an uncapped incentive structure, some of our senior agents hit $85K+)!
You will receive an incentive guarantee from day one (1) of employment until you are incentive eligible. There are also overtime opportunities available.
What You'll Do:
• Answer inbound sales calls or digital sales live chats from customers who need assistance with purchasing various insurance products
• Quote and sell through multiple insurance carriers and quoting platforms
• Cross-sell customers to meet all of their insurance needs
• Maintain a high level of production while providing professional service in a fast paced sales environment

While we are open to remote work across the contingent US, we are still in the process of establishing our company to support work in all states! We’ve recently made the shift from an in-office organization to a hybrid model and love the flexibility it allows our employees. • Work as an embedded member of a product development team and participate in Agile ceremonies

• Demonstrated success creating API and/or UI automation test suites
• Self-starter / proven ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement

The Zebra is looking for hard-working, motivated professionals to join our lively call center and tight-knit team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers shopping for insurance on the nation’s leading insurance comparison site. Your role will be to turn insurance shoppers into long-term customers and brand champions of The Zebra.
Schedule:
This is a full-time 40 hours/week position.
Working hours are 7:00AM - 9:00PM Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM on Saturdays (and we have Sundays off)! With our growing Agency, hours are always subject to change.
Location:
Our agents start off 100% remote. Every licensed employee must conduct business from their primary residence in Texas. All new hires will need to relocate to Texas by the time of their start date.
Salary:
Our sales agents are hourly, but usually make between $45k-60k annually in their first year (but with base rates and an uncapped incentive structure, some of our senior agents hit $85K+)!
You will receive an incentive guarantee from day one (1) of employment until you are incentive eligible. There are also overtime opportunities available.
