This position should have the ability to work semi-independently (with limited to modest Category Manager involvement) across the strategic sourcing methodology steps and deliverables. This is a Hybrid position. You will be required to go into the office in San Jose, CA a minimum of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities: Review and analyze Zebra spend, prepare opportunity analysis, and key reports for category strategies, stakeholders, and executives of moderate scope. Facilitate, with limited to modest Category Manager involvement, the strategic sourcing process including supply market and supplier research, analyze and prepare RFx summaries, develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, communication with suppliers and stakeholders, project scheduling the key project milestones, selection and supplier review/evaluations, Zebra value sheet preparation, etc. Facilitate, with limited to modest Category Manager involvement, the preparation of supplier negotiation preparation, communication and documentation, project planning, contracting process with submission and management with Zebra Legal.

Utilize the existing tools for eAuctions, spend and RFx management, etc. Facilitate, with limited to modest Category Manager involvement, the strategic sourcing methodology for smaller value purchases in collaboration with business stakeholders. Maintain appropriate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree required with a preference for Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related; 5 years of sourcing and procurement experience. Excellent professional communications (verbal and written) with suppliers, stakeholders and management. Proven spend analytical skills including ability to drive data collection and analyses, interpret and draw conclusions, and effectively summarize results Resourcefulness gathering specific supply market research and intelligence that support making strategic sourcing business decisions Ability to problem solve with limited data and ambiguity Proven negotiations results from Strategic Sourcing process/methodology Established customer service skills, with an understanding of customer relationship building, communications and teamwork Self-disciplined and the ability to self-motivate and work successfully with a multi-disciplinary team Demonstrated project management skills with a desire to learn and ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g.

Microsoft Excel), presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint), Oracle iProcurement, Scout, and SpendHQ (or similar programs). Preferred: MBA, CPSM is a plus.

What You'll Do:

Contract Management
• Review & negotiate vendor contracts and proactively renegotiate renewals, integrating Legal Operations, Compliance, & Security processes as needed to complete initial vendor assessments and contract completion.

The Warehouse Associate performs the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the... shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• 2nd Shift: 3:45pm-12:15am* This position is located at our brand new, state of the art facility in Kenosha, WI This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Responsibilities: Performs quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments. Performs outbound staging and packing in accordance with site policies.

Executes ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments. Updates FMS for parcel and freight shipments. Learns to use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.

Maintains inventory accuracy. Handles and controls hazardous material on both inbound and outbound. Complies with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations.

Completes all required safety training and follows protocol in all risk situations. Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand. Lifts up to 75 pounds unassisted.

Certification on powered industrial trucks including work assist vehicle (WAV), off the ground order picker (up to 35' off the ground), reach truck, dock stocker and powered pallet jacks. Creates repair RMA's, manages receiving and shipment issues within repair systems. Develops familiarity with a subset of products, processes, operational metrics and software tools; learns and follows basic work instructions for functional assignments according to productivity and quality standards Provides input geared towards continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes.

Resolves a variety of basic problems of limited complexity under direct supervision and performs rudimentary analysis involving a limited number of factors. Performs activities to evaluate and maintain equipment. Creates expense orders for internal repair consumption.

Full knowledge of ISO requirements and demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with external auditors.
