A Process Development Engineer is responsible for the development, characterization and optimization of MEMS resonator devices to meet the requirements for volume production as part of the analog technology development team. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader in the area of resonators... and oscillators driving the characterization and optimization of the device and process to insure robustness, reliability, and manufacturability meeting all electrical device performance targets.
Responsibilities include:
• Ownership of technology parametric performance
• Parametric Cpk improvements
• Parametric test dispositions including root cause determination for scrap or outliers, definition and evaluations of experiments to improve processes
• Short flow development
• Product flow creation/review
• Cross functional team leadership to support the development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog technologies.
• Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation
• Work with multiple process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve these goals
• Work closely with the product groups to identify and optimize the technology performance to meet critical final device parameters to enable game changing products in the market.
The person performing this role must be capable to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple tasks in parallel, lead technical discussions in their area of expertise, and work effectively across organizational boundaries. They must be able to clearly communicate project status and actions. Additionally, they must be able to interface with multiple organizations and work well on a diverse team to accomplish goals.
Minimum requirements:
• Masters in EE/ECE or related engineering degree
• 5 years of experience working in semiconductor factory with experience in semiconductor devices and transition of new technology from development/transfer to production on schedule
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with Analog BCD technologies
• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Flight Attendants (F/A) perform as a crew member under the direction of the Captain.
• Flight Attendants responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Advise, monitor and assist passengers as necessary to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort.
• Ensure that all passenger related equipment is on board
• Plan all menus and coordinate the catering of all food and beverages, ensuring safe and proper handling and storage.
• Maintain on-board supplies in accordance with established inventory.
• Report to the Captain any equipment discrepancies and extraordinary cleaning requirements for the cabin interior.
• Maintain currency in CPR/First Aid, Blood borne Pathogens, land and water emergencies, use and location of all emergency equipment.
• Maintain a valid passport.
• Be Familiar with use of on-board amenities, such as Fax/Data Panels, fax/printer/copier, phones (Terrestrial and SATCOM), Airshow, video, CD, etc.
• Conduct prefight check of all cabin equipment prior to each flight
• Brief passengers on all safety features of the aircraft
• Maintain neatness and orderliness of cabin at all times
• Other duties may be required, as needed
Minimum requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years' work experience
• Strong understanding of Aviation safety and training concepts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong internal/external situational awareness
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail and customer focus
• Works with lead Flight Attendant to maintain consistent procedures
Preferred qualifications:
• 4 year college degree
• 4 years of flight attendant experience in the airline, military, or corporate industry
• Previous international experience via airline/corporate or military operations
