The Digital Marketing / Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist plays a key role in execution of the paid search channel in outlining strategy and techniques, as well as implementing social media campaigns, in addition to presenting recommendations to supervisors. This role requires a strong understanding of paid search, as well as all aspects of digital performance marketing, to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of campaigns and meet company expectations. This role will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all analytics and reporting is clear and communicated efficiently to Executive Management.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute paid search campaigns, including but not limited to strategy development, architecture, and managementDaily use of ad platform, reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, SpyFu, SEMRush, Web CEO, Optimizely, Google Adwords, Criteo, and Marin.Monitor PPC trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunitiesProactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findingsCollaborate with team to execute strategyResearch PPC issues and formulate tangible solutions Produce monthly eCommerce reporting for all paid search channelsManage multiple projects, and deliver effective resultsRegular onsite attendance is an essential function of this positionAdditional duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing related fieldProven PPC skills, optimization techniques, and bid managementA working understanding of Display Media, Social Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, and AttributionStrong experience with bid management tools, including the knowledge if their different types of search engine marketing tacticsStrong experience with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo a plusStrong experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and FacebookAdvanced computer skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPointStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
