40% - Essential - Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer service, satisfaction and integrity and minimize dissatisfaction and returned product volumes. Maintain an excellent sales, product and service knowledge at all times in order to deliver the best customer solution; Coach, train and develop staff members to advocate the features and benefits of all of our products and services. 20% - Essential - Inventory: Manage execution and quality of the physical inventory process for the store, including responsibility for ensuring the quality of inventory counts to obtain an accurate inventory. Train assistant managers on store operations, inventory prep and count procedures. Works with Clemson Auditing to make necessary changes regarding procedures that will improve the stores inventory process. 20% - Essential - Management: Train all staff, management and student workers. Ensure that all selling staff understand the technical aspects of the brand and explain it simply to our customers. Track Apple training though their SEED training link to make sure our staff is current with Apple product knowledge. Track Safeware training through their link to insure our staff is up-to-date on Safeware's product details. Track vendor specific training as required. 10% - Essential - Projects: Manage and implement projects for revenue growth through process optimization and new opportunities. Develop recommendations that will help create effective marketing, product, and operational strategies, and partner with vendors to execute these strategies. Control departmental costs, including stock losses. Identify fiscal operational issues and take corrective action as appropriate. Maintain daily deposits if necessary and work closely with departmental accounting group to maintain precise reconciliation reporting. 10% - Essential - Marketing: Ensure that product merchandising is always up to standard and updated as required to meet brand, product and segment specific information and promotions, provide weekly and monthly Sales reports required by vendors. Work with vendors to develop specific marketing plans that meet vendor requirements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.

Must have 5+ years of Retail Management experience with the ability to manage a multi-million dollar sales/inventory volume and expense budget. Travel may also be required at times.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred Education: Sales, Business Administration/Management, Marketing and/or other business development related fields.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Expected Salary Range ($ 45,530.00 - $ 51,000.00)

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines .
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL

Normal Operations Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations. JOB LOCATION:
