The Director is responsible for collaborating with the Sr. Director and channel leads to develop the integrated strategic direction of each account, ensure alignment with all channel teams, and proactively increase same-store growth and cross-sell opportunities. They are responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and client POCs. The role requires an understanding of the omni-channel landscape, business acumen and the ability to guide more complex and sophisticated integrated strategy to exceed client goals and ensure client growth within Tinuiti. Directors typically work with Tier 2, 3 & 4 Enterprise clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Be the client’s Trusted Advisor by creating strong relationships with the day-to-day client team, expanding your reach within your client’s marketing department, and being that main point of contact and escalation at Tinuiti.
• Understand, articulate, and anticipate the overall business goals of your clients, the solutions to reach those goals, and the pathway for growth
• Proactively present growth (cross-sell, upsell and SSG) opportunities within Tinuiti’s service lines that align with the client’s strategic mission and assist in reaching the client’s growth goals.
• Support setting the Strategy & Goals across all divisions for multi-channel clients and provide clear direction & vision on priorities to achieve to all division leads.
• Work with channel leads to organize and support strategy for clients that will help solve client challenges & needs.
• Manage cross-division processes as it relates to internal/external communication, integrated planning, integrated deliverables & knowledge sharing.
• With support of the channel leads, assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts per channel, as well as use data provided to ensure that budget is being used in the most efficient manner.
• Utilize tools, analytics & data to discover opportunities and strategies to assist with reporting needs.
• Ensure & facilitate cross channel communication both internally & externally
• Proactively assist larger channel team to provide POV to clients on industry trends

Requirements
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.)
• Strong experience working with and utilizing Google Analytics
• Experience managing multi-channel relationships
• Ability to build relationships with clients and peers
• Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations
• Effective time management and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Good To Have
• Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMP); AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava
• Knowledge of App User Acquisition and/or retention campaign tactics
• Knowledge of Google Universal App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Facebook App Install Campaigns, etc.

What you'll do:
• Partner with the finance team to understand data and reporting needs and build out database structures and/or datasets to meet these needs

The Director of Strategic Planning is a critical role within Tinuiti’s Client Strategy team. The role is focused on promoting and expanding Tinuiti’s Strategic Planning function. It is fit for someone with deep experience in telling stories using planning and research tools, as well as being a trusted advisor to clients. You establish and define high-impact, long-term marketing strategies at the business level by developing account strategies, audience & messaging insights, consumer journey, and media mix recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop the direction of the Strategic Planning offering, advancing our strategic capabilities.
• Orchestrates the development of strategic plans that reflects a client's business strategy to advance its share/penetration and achieve profitable growth.
• Produce & templatize the core outputs of Tinuiti’s planning tool suite
• Oversee training curriculum on uncovering consumer insights and translating them into ideas that address client challenges
• C-Level partnering by contributing to Tinuiti’s solution capabilities and meeting the agency ROCK goals.
• Own the corporate relationship with Tinuiti’s planning tool partners. Evaluate and roadmap the further development of Tinuiti’s suite of tools
• Leads consultancy opportunities focused on media mix and audience development
• Creatively craft information into concise stories that engages, inspires, and motivates
• Build trust with clients and become trusted advisors by showing skills and expertise in their business (i.e. data, goals, needs, etc)
• Instill a break-it approach to strategy and the role of media to unlock growth and develop new case studies for brands and the agency

• 8+ years of media buying, planning & strategy experience

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently ($105,000 - $147,000) plus performance bonus of 10%. What you’ll be doing:
• Work with the Employee Communications Director to develop and implement employee-centric communications across the organization - including executive communications, employee programs, change management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee platforms (Intranet and Slack) and events. What you’ll do

Tinuiti is looking for a proven & inspiring, yet humble growth and revenue leader to scale our sales & business development org. The Chief Growth Officer will be accountable for meeting or exceeding the New Sales Revenue target set for the year. They will lead a team of ~20 people leading our strategic sales process from opportunity to close, ~7 people focused solely on opportunity creation through inbound, outbound, and channel partnerships, and a few team members that support sales operations and enablement. The CGO reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCoO).

Strategy
• Partner with direct reports on developing systems for feedback and innovation to drive continuous improvement to quality of opportunities created, volume of opportunities created, win rates, deal size, team development, and career pathing.
• Maintain a 'pulse' of the market that through feedback to Marketing & the Client Solutions team informs our go-to-market offerings.
• Strategize on, develop & assign annual department level goals ("rocks"). Hold team and self accountable to prioritizing rocks and achieving milestones.

Sales Budgeting & Forecasting
• Partner with Finance on forecasting annually and reforecasting quarterly. Use data-driven decision making, but also provide strategic guidance on internal and / or external trends expected to make an impact.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate forecasting in Salesforce by start date / month, lead source, division, opportunity owner, and size of opportunity.
• Strategically plan future team growth, prioritize needs, and submit budget requests to finance in accordance to their process. Exception requests outside of the standard budget process should be brought to CCoO.
• Ensure full understanding of each line item in your budget and track actively to avoid surprises. Immediately communicate any issues or foreseen issues to CCoO.

Quota Management
• Partner with Revenue Operations & Group VPs of Biz Dev ("GVPBDs") to determine new quotas by title annually.
• Work with HRBP on updating employee agreements. (commission plan)
• Communicate changes to Finance for commission tracking purpose.
• Partner with GVPBDs to develop a communication plan once established.

Company Finances
• Maintain a constant understanding of the overall company pace to budget. Share ideas related to or unrelated to your org that may help the company maximize performance.
• Become proficient in navigating internal client & company financial dashboards, including, but not limited to: client health, revenue dashboard, pricing sheet to help maintain and maximize value in negotiations

Communications
• Ensure efficient and effective communication amongst the team by being thoughtful around meeting cadences, agendas, participants, and accountability to action items.
• Effectively cascade information from E-Team & CCoO to the right audiences.
• Report up' on risks and opportunities related to deals over $1M in ARR.
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with Group VPs on the Solutions Team.

Who you are
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience and proven success in business development and sales results, preferably within a digital marketing agency with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions 2 years being in a C-suite role
• Strategic sales and marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and speaking skills
• A sound understanding and working knowledge of industry, market and trends
• Ability to provide direction and manage, develop and coach staff
• Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes
• Able to work both independently and in collaboration with others to enhance an entrepreneurial culture when it comes to business development

What You’ll Be Doing

The VP of Commerce Strategy possesses an exceptional skill set to oversee Media Planning and Strategy functions for our marketplaces client portfolio. This person will lead a team in the development, execution, and stewardship of integrated media plans for the client’s business. The VP leverages experience, curiosity, knowledge, and skills to push fresh thinking while balancing client, agency, and team needs – both short- and long-term. This position reports directly to the EVP, Commerce.

This role will require an ability to use marketplace insights, consumer insights, and performance data to build media connections plans and make informed recommendations that improve our client’s performance and brand conversions across Amazon and retailer marketplaces (i.e Walmart, Target, Instacart, Kroger, etc.)

The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience with commerce media working with retailer media networks, enterprise clients, and/or CPGs. It is also imperative to have strong business intuition, a collaborative spirit, and experience driving growth for clients. This person will be responsible for working on data-driven strategies that increase our client’s revenue leveraging search and display both on and off RMN networks, OTT/STV, technology, big data, analytics, and brand marketing. The candidate can come from either client or agency side. Build the Strategy for an Audience-Based Approach at Tinuiti
• Lead the team that will determine Tinuiti’s approach to audience-based buying and strategy
• Transform the mindset and way of thinking internally to audience-focus. Educate and advocate internally.
• Increase the opportunity for new clients and pitches where there are limitations currently without an audience-based approach
• Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and other key stakeholders to formulate the strategy and vision. Select the right players to execute against this vision, including relevant tool selection and partnerships.

Create the Commerce Client Strategic Planning Process
• Develop a process that the teams can understand and use to deliver more strategic work for Tinuiti’s clients. Includes: the annual planning process for clients, the way Tinuiti is positioned in the marketplace for pitches, and major client presentations
• Educate the teams on how the new process works. Create buy-in and ambassadors for the new process within the organization.
• Connect how Commerce Marketplace media strategies and connections plans relate to and work with overarching brand marketing and media strategies.
• Lead the discussion around productizing the Tinuiti offering

Senior Trusted Advisor
• Responsible for senior-most client relationships across Commerce clients. Stay at the forefront of industry & Tinuiti innovation & trends through thoughtful POV & meaningful conversation, ultimately guiding strategy and perspective across both internal teams and clients when appropriate.

Thought Leadership
• Elevate the Company’s Brand to Tier-One Status in the Minds of Tinuiti's Most Coveted Client Prospects as Well as the Overall Industry
• Speak on Tinuiti’s behalf at internal events, webinars/podcasts & annual client summit(s)
• Create a social media presence, network, and community that fosters knowledge sharing, and increased brand presence.
• Partner with marketing in the creation of a consistent and present voice for Tinuiti in the market. Be a key face and voice for Tinuiti.
• Work with marketing team to be a key contributor to written thought leadership including quarterly & annual reports as well as key research

Requirements
• 12-14+ years of demonstrated success in helping clients growing revenue at scale via performance marketing, product marketing, partnerships and commerce optimizations
• Competency to seamlessly interface with marketing, digital acquisition, product, commerce and senior-level clients.
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically, through the modern customer acquisition journey

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $180,000 - $225,00 plus performance bonus. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap). What You Will Do

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the VP of Project Management Office (PMO) will be responsible for charting the course to establish and lead a centralized PMO, enhancing our company's project delivery capabilities. As the foremost expert in the company on Project Management, the VP of PMO will coordinate and oversee project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking. They will also develop and implement project management standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient execution of both internal strategic initiatives and client-facing projects across the organization. This role will be expected to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead special projects sponsored by the C-suite, with a focus on enhancing organizational efficiency and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing, cohesive team of project managers, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes partnership with stakeholders throughout all project phases, from initial conception and strategic planning to successful execution and continuous improvement for both internal and client-facing projects.
• Provide leadership, coordination, strategic direction, and management of all PMO associated resources and functions, including resource planning, allocation, and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Establish best practices, processes, systems, and policies (including supporting SOPs, SLAs, KPIs) to ensure consistent execution and management of all projects while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage, coach, and mentor PMO team members at various levels, overseeing recruitment, selection, skills and competency assessment, performance management, certification, training, and career planning to build a best-in-class project management function.
• Define the PMO's framework, standards, tools, methodologies, and playbooks for end-to-end project planning and management lifecycle, covering Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risks, Resources, Stakeholders, Communication, Quality, Procurement, and Change.
• Build strong relationships with the PMO's clients and stakeholders to foster cooperation, coordination, collaboration, and communication across the organization, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring projects meet business objectives.
• Monitor PMO's day-to-day operations, progress, and performance, managing internal and client escalations and ensuring overall success across all predetermined KPIs.
• Create accurate statements of work (SOWs), plan costs, budgets, and resources needed for projects, and continually reassess resource requirements to optimize efficiency and ensure timely project delivery.
• Champion a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the PMO, driving continuous process improvement and resource management best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and project delivery capabilities.

Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSP-SM (or similar project management certifications) are required
• 10+ years of hands-on project management experience with expertise in waterfall and agile methodologies, with at least 3 years of experience specifically within digital, creative, media, or advertising agencies
• 5+ years of proven experience in leading and cultivating a high-performing PMO team, overseeing at least 15 direct reports
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Wrike, Workfront, Asana, JIRA, Trello, Monday, Basecamp, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with process mapping / workflow design tools (e.g. Visio, LucidChart, Miro, Gliffy, Mural, etc.)
