Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for several important aspects of our everyday business.
Inbound activities may include:
• Unload incoming merchandise from trailers
• Verify and receive merchandise into inventory
• Palletizing and shrink-wrapping
• Repeatedly lifting up to 80 pounds
• Clear dock using electric pallet jack
Outbound activities may include:
• Pairing tires, wheels and accessories to fulfil orders
• Safely operate a stand-up stock picker in narrow aisles to pick product by order and deliver to appropriate area
• Mount and balance tires on wheels
• Clean and package wheels for shipping
• Deliver product to our customers in our Customer pick up dock
Requirements and Hours:
• Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-630pm, with a 1 hour lunch
• Tire/Automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
• May require standing up to 10 hours
• May require bending, stooping, lifting throughout an entire work day
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 45 pounds regularly, using proper lifting techniques
• Working conditions will be typical of a warehouse environment

• Review data requests on a regular basis;
• Create specialized, accurate ad hoc management reports from a diverse range of data.
• Develop a comprehensive data retrieval plan to pull data efficiently from mainframe sources;
• Verify data output to identify and eliminate potential errors;
• Maintain detailed reporting and project schedules to ensure timely and thorough data management;
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with commitment to accuracy
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly, in informal and formal settings;
• Prepare and present key insights to support senior management decision making;
• Use resources and tools to evaluate competitor intelligence, product/service offerings and strategies;
• Update internal process documentation, as needed;
• Create and maintain Wholesale accounts, utilizing a general knowledge of all active accounts;
• Perform other support duties, as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, required;
• 2+ years comparable professional experience;
• Experience demonstrating advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities (pivot tables, V Lookup, etc.), required;
• Basic Accounting knowledge or experience, preferred;
• Experience with AS400-IBMi System;
• Excellent 10-key skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced written and oral communication skills;
