We are a psychiatric medical treatment facility that specializes in deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) for the treatment of mental disorders as well as ketamine treatment for depression, PTSD and other psychiatric disorders. We also offer IV ketamine and spravato for treatment resistant disorders.

TMS is an innovative approach for treating neurological and psychiatric disorders. It is a non-invasive form of brain stimulation that uses an MRI type coil to send magnetic pulses to improve neuronal connectivity and brain function.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The TMS Coordinator is directly responsible for providing patient care utilizing this breakthrough treatment modality. This technician will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments utilizing the system under the direction of our treating physician. They will also assist with patient education about TMS and answering patient phone calls as well as manage information in an EMR.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Monitor patients for medical symptoms while receiving TMS

- Assist with patient education about TMS

- Provide medical interventions in an emergency situation

- Explain and administer TMS treatments to patients

- All other duties as assigned by the physician

- Patient call backs, check-ins between treatments

- Address any patient discomfort

- Maintain patient confidentiality

- Follow established treatment and office procedures

- Communicate effectively with other members of the team

- Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all treatments

Skills:

- Current ACLS or BLS certification

- One year of experience as a Health Care Clinical Professional in the medical field or in a psychology/ therapy setting is preferred

- Successful completion of background screening, drug screen

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance and visit documentation.

· Reference from current/previous employee

- Ethical Conduct, exceptional level of customer service and attention to detail and accuracy

- Communication Proficiency

- Punctual

- Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization and with minimum supervision
