As a Senior Manager, you will
- Develop, mentor and coach members of the team
- Be responsible for personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
- Raise, elevate and solve for risks and concerns in timely fashion
- Expense control; finding opportunities to improve the efficiencies of operations - manage employee T&E and adherence to policies
- Effectively ensure understanding of CSS goals and company initiatives are understood by resource teams
- Provide recommendations, training, and documentation on IPCM programs and procedures
- Facilitate all IPCM requests driving completeness and accuracy of a project software and leverage dashboards from the system in order to evaluate patterns and establish improvement opportunities.
