In response to classrooms going virtual, TOOTRiS has created Learning Hubs, a service that provides safe and supervised small group environments designed to give school-aged children a place to learn and thrive. We are quickly deploying employer-sponsored programs and need passionate teachers and early childhood educators to help us implement these contained, safe and structured small group environments, not to exceed 8 children.
These positions are full time and immediately available. We are looking for qualified and motivated teachers or Child Care Professionals, who ideally have backgrounds in early childhood, preschool and/or grade school education, and have previously worked in the Child Care sector. Based on your performance and motivation, there are opportunities for positions available for growth within TOOTRiS.
Role Requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school degree or equivalent
• Must have 6 ECE units, be enrolled in ECE training, or equivalent experience in Child Care
• Great work ethic and passion for children – the most important people in our world!
• Perfect communication skills, patience, structure, self-motivated
• Easily mobile, able to bend, squat, lift, and kneel, as well as have dependable transportation
• Prior to employment, you must be willing to submit and pass background check, including criminal and fingerprint requirements, a reference check, health screening and TB test, and vaccinations (Active Live Scan is a plus
• This role is based in San Diego, California, must live here and be able to travel anywhere within the county.
