The Equipment Operator II has been specifically trained to operate specialized equipment and/or to perform specific tasks relative to the maintenance of the golf course grounds.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Must have 6 months experience as an Equipment Operator I or at least one year of experience in golf course operations or similar position
• Education in turfgrass management, or related field, may be substituted for work experience requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Perform all duties and/or tasks relative to the Equipment Operator I position
• Maintain logs for the operation, maintenance, and gas usage of each machine
• Perform daily tasks necessary to keep the maintenance facility clean, organized, and safe
• Clean machinery after each use
• Inspect all machines and report any deficiencies to the Equipment Technician

• Communicate information in a detailed and pleasant manner
• Assist in answering telephones clearly and concisely to schedule services and communicate information in a pleasant and professional manner
• Engrave bag tags, TOUR Experience plaques and other items
• Monitor the golf handicap computer system if applicable

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting the Accounting Director with processing financial information at the club.

QUALIFICATIONS

Thorough knowledge of general accounting procedures as would normally be acquired through two years of college with courses in intermediate accounting or a minimum of one year of directly related accounting experience
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Compile and sort documents such as invoices, and substantiating business transactions
Verify and post details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed
Assist the Accounting Director in performing other daily, weekly, monthly and yearly accounting functions
Reconciliation of information from various point of sale locations for revenues, tax liabilities, cost of goods sold, cash and charge receipts
