Qualifications:

Each trader starts with a minimum of a $10,000 account, with buying power of $500,000, and keeps 70-80% of the trading profits. SUMMARY: The Trade Associate provides support to the trade sales team and our distribution partners by processing orders, managing the fulfillment and logistics process, ensuring compliance of domestic and international orders, and developing internal reporting. The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales teams in a logistical capacity and has worked with order processing and fulfillment platforms. The Trade Associate works at the intersection of sales, finance, and logistics – the ability to work cross-functionally and balance multiple priorities at once is key to success in the position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the trade sales team to forecast annual trade allocations.
• Prepare export documents and manage labeling requirements for domestic and export.

• Communicate with Finance department on collection of past due trade accounts.
• Maintain trade account database and share with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree. Major in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in sales, sales support, logistics, or related field.

• Experience using CRM and order management platforms.
• Experience using Navision, helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience working in a small, multigenerational business is a plus.
