We are seeking an Reporting Lead to grow with our Transit and Rail Team!

Core Responsibilities:
• Oversees the following RLE reports, including but not limited to:
• FTA Monthly Progress Report
• CTA RLE Executive Briefing
• CTA President Quarterly Briefing
• RLE 4-Square Support
• Assists program team members with various support tasks related to program-wide reporting:
• Coordinates and collects data, text, and other inputs from multiple authors and sources
• Assesses the sufficiency, tone, and logic of reporting
• Performs quality reviews and checks to ensure high-quality documents
• Keeps reporting on schedule
• Supports program members with administrative tasks, including document formatting and QC/QA
• Supports program team members by attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials, as required
• Maintains records, collections, and files related to specific projects
• Maintains RLE organizational charts
• Performs other duties as assigned

Key Attributes:
• The RLE Reporting Lead will be an essential member of the RLE Program Management Consultant Team. This islong-term role is needed for multiple years.

Client is seeking candidates for the CTA R&P project. The team was selected by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) to design and build Phase One of the Red and Purple Line Modernization Program. The $2.1 billion project will be the largest capital project in CTA's history, ultimately resulting in expanded capacity and improved infrastructure along the region's most used rail lines.
The project involves building new elevated tracks along a 1.9-mile section in Chicago, including new bridges, support structures and existing tracks. Four of the CTA's busiest stations will be replaced, and a grade-separated bypass for the Brown Line at Clark Junction will be built, along with the upgrading the signal system.

Having oversight of a specific area and establishing a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines, the purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions as listed below with the overall objective of establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and client's profitability of the completed project. This position performs project management responsibilities on a small to medium sized, low to moderate risk engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) or services project (as defined by the Business Line) or on an assigned segment of a larger project, including coordination of design, procurement, and construction activities. When assigned to only a segment of a larger project, this role develops a complete understanding of the contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the project management team. When acting in the role of a Proposal Manager, this position is responsible for managing completion of technical and commercial proposals, providing project planning, means and methods of project execution, schedule preparation, cost estimating, and proposal strategy.
• Position requires leadership of the Systems team on the CTA RPM project
• Oversight of the signal and communications supplier installation, testing and commissioning
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) is emphasized throughout all phases of the project
• Develop a complete understanding of the client's prime contract and relevant subcontracts
• Collaborate in the preparation of the project in accordance with the client's contractual obligations, client's Operating System Requirements (OSR) and the relevant Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP)
• Verify with the Project Director (PD) that project requirements for Baseline Centric Execution, safety, quality, cost, and productivity are met in all locations managed by Client where work is being performed
• Draft for the Project Director (PD) approval the project baseline (as defined in the OSR) and verify that it is fully documented, updated, and communicated to the project team as appropriate , and match to client's contract scope of work and responsibilities
• Support the PD to deliver the project in accordance with the project execution and commercial baselines

Basic Job Requirements:

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal twelve (12) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

Other Job Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10-15-years' experience in rail systems construction, ideally signaling and communications
