This is a fully virtual work from home position for candidates who reside in the states of Florida or South Carolina only. Candidates who reside outside of these states will not be considered. Successful candidates must be able to report physically to one of our resort locations for new hire paperwork on day one and must be able to meet our work at home requirements (see below).

How You'll Shine:

Put your passion for customer service and travel into action as an inbound Travel Representative with Wyndham Destinations! After your training period (paid), you will take inbound calls from existing owners who are excited and ready to plan their dream vacations and their experience starts with you as you make their reservations!

As a subject matter expert on customer service and travel accommodations, you will be responsible for booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, things to see and experience in the area, and make recommendations based on our owner’s interests that you will learn through your conversation.
• $16.50 per hour plus monthly incentives
• WEEKENDS OFF!!
• Start Date: April 5th 2024



What You'll Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months customer service and sales experience
• Six months TRAVEL experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs
• Able to show intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems such as Apollo, Sabre or Worldspan.
• Must be a strong multitasker and be able to work well under pressure
• Training schedule (5 weeks) 11:00am - 8:00pm EST
• After training schedule: Availability to work between 11:00am - 10:00pm EST Mon-Fri. A set schedule will be provided
• Ability to work some holidays

What is required for me to work from home?
• Quiet workplace free of distractions
• High speed internet (DSL or Cable only no WI-FI, satellite or 5G) with download speed of 20mbps, upload speed 3mbps, Latency less than 100ms
• Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router
• Must have own personal device with a working camera to be used for the first week of training (until our computers reach your home)
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home

Job Description
• **Special Note Regarding Working From Home:

This is a work from home position for candidates who reside in the states of Florida and South Carolina. How you'll shine

Help owners and prospective guests plan their dream vacations and make reservations as an Inbound Customer Service Sales Representative at Wyndham Destinations. During a paid virtual training period, you’ll become an expert on our resorts, amenities, and things to see and do near each location. After training, you will transition to taking calls from excited customers who are interested in making reservations for resort stays, car rental, airline, and things to see and experience in that destination! Based on their interests, you’ll provide them with custom recommendations to create truly unforgettable experiences and encourage them to book the vacation of their dreams.

Pay and schedule:
• $15.50 an hour PLUS monthly sales based incentives
• Initial training schedule: Monday through Friday (three weeks), 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
• Post training schedule: 1:30-10:00 pm EST(Monday- Friday) and 11:30am-8:00 pm EST (Saturday & Sunday). Pick either: any 2 days off during the week OR 1 weekend day off and we will assign a second day off during the week.

Compensation
Compensation for this position is $19.97 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $19.97 per hour), plus incentives ranging from 3.2% to 15.0% per commissionable dollar sold. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Minimum Qualifications:

• President Club achievers preferred.
• *The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate, bonuses and commissions. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements. The actual compensation of the candidate(s) selected for this role may be affected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.

Compensation
During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.

Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to sell the guest a trial program (Discovery); this allows the client to experience Wyndham Vacation Ownership on a trial basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain that they will conduct a survey of guests experience.
• Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program in a professional manner, with the goal of selling guest the Discovery program.
