The job in a nutshell
Act as the Estates lead to recommend implementation of trials for external advertising opportunities, maximise income from the Telecoms sublet portfolio and assist with the review and implementation of the Electric Vehicle, PV and EPC projects in line with the Better future strategy.
What you’ll be doing
• Evaluating external advertising opportunities for the hotels in external car parks, roadside locations and on building facades for highest impact and income. Act as the project lead working closely with Procurement, the Product team and Brand to establish advertising opportunities and propose trial sites for review backed up with full business case and cost analysis.
• Carry-out a review of current EV charging sites and work with the procurement, Product and sustainability teams to implement a charging strategy to support the Better Future programme.
• Assist with obtaining Landlord consents, Wayleave agreements and lead on Landlord negotiations... for the initial trial of 30 EV charger installations.
• Work with the Regional Estates Managers, Sustainability, Product, Ops, and Procurement teams to recommend additional suitable locations within the UK estate for EV chargers following the proposed initial trial of 30 sites.
• Assist the Regional Estate team to complete a full Telecoms review and recommend a strategy to maximise income and review risks with the implementation of the Telecoms Code.
• Project manage and evaluate the installation of two landlord-funded PV installations with a view to targeting further landlord funded opportunities’ working closely with the estates, construction and sustainability teams.
• Assist with the review and implementation of the Energy Performance Certificate strategy to help identify cost liabilities and inform the Better Future sustainability strategy in both the hotel and sublet portfolios.
