Position Summary:

The Director of Services is responsible for maintaining and expanding our Services Portfolio, engaging with global and regional teams to enhance offerings and to integrate our programs as we evolve new service offerings. Responsibilities:
• Identify and set the strategic direction of the Service landscape, defining and streamlining internal processes
• Generate and report KPI’s and to provide data on the sale, onboarding and performance of services
• Collate and interpret feedback with the view to have continuous improvement in services
• Engage and influence in a global environment on our Service offering
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape of the Services offered in the market
• Support the development of sales forecasts into demand models to allow the Technical Service organization to forecast and satisfy future anticipated resource demands
• Work close to the regional sales organizations to maximize the services opportunities
• Assess the cost implication of providing services to maximize returns
• Work with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to maximize opportunities for sales of services
• Support the generation of reference customers for service offering
• Active in PM / PMM projects to improve services and to support local adoption
• Drive and support wide sales plays, promotions for selling more services
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Other duties as assigned

Overview:

Trend Micro is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) that will identify and align with Trend Micro (TM) solutions with customers' IT and business objectives. As a CES, you will bridge the gap between the customer and their brand using email, reporting and automation as initial methods of communication. Ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging efficient and effective. This should result in higher customer satisfaction (CSAT), improved cross and upsell opportunities (ARR) and increase both loyalty (NRR) and referral rates.

Responsibilities:
• Drive Customer retention, reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Manage the relationships with major stakeholders that include the customer, sales, partners, and Trend Micro technical teams.
• Map the customers journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the clients behalf
• Effectively handle client issues, escalations and resolutions
• Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies

Qualifications:
• Must have verbal and written fluency in English
• Proactive and knows how to set priorities
• Able to harness cross-team collaboration
• 5 years of experience in any of the following: customer relationship management, IT sales engineering, IT project management.
• Can work with grace under pressure and can ensure effective decision making in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Account Management, Service Management and/or Consulting with an ability to interface with a broad and diverse set of clients.
• Strong background in IT, preferably with a degree in Engineering or other IT related fields.
• Knowledge with Cybersecurity or IT security-related products is preferred
• Experience on ITIL, ISO 200x and relevant standards is an advantage
• A strong customer advocate who understands & articulate the needs of the account; and efficiently manage the client experience via onsite, online and telephone support
• Previous workings with Sales Force, Gainsight or another similar CRM is a plus

Position Summary:

We are looking for an FPGA Verification Engineer to join our Trend Micro FPGA team in Austin, Texas. Trend Micro has been developing advanced multi-million gate FPGAs to accelerate network packet processing and security functions for over 20 years. The FPGA team develops leading-edge, high-performance implementations of encryption/decryption, pattern matching, and data extraction/analysis functions among others, as well as a number of system interfaces.

As a member of the FPGA Verification Team, you will be responsible for development of verification test bench, verification components, debugging failures and creating simulation cases at various levels that require:
• UVM based testbench development for FPGA implementations
• Strong skills in debug, failure re-creation and root cause analysis
• Ownership of testbench development, including stimulus, driver, monitors, response checkers, assertions and coverage using system Verilog and advanced UVM methodology.
• Development of direct and constrained-random stimulus
• Understanding and analysis of RTL code, functional, assertion coverage results
• Efficient debugging and logic skills. Familiarity with major simulation and debug tool vendors is a plus.
• Improving and refining the verification process, methodology, and metrics
• Working with RTL engineers on defining and documenting Verification Requirements List

Qualifications:
• BS degree or higher in EE or CE
• 5+ years of design verification experience in either FPGAs or ASICs
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate, communicate, and work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of simulation tools i.e. VCS, DVE.
• OOP, UVM and System Verilog experience.
• Verification flow enhancements using a scripting language such as Python.
• Experience integrating vendor provided VIPs in UVM testbench is a plus.
• Experience with AXI4 and AXI4-Stream is a plus.
• Experience with PCI-Express is a plus.
• Experience with Networking protocols i.e. Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP is a plus
