health care.
• Promote and create a positive relationship with providers

• Primary point of contact and liaison with providers or
stakeholders to facilitate inquiries/requests.
• Respond to vendors as needed to resolve or facilitate
inquiries.
• Respond to contract issues/inquiries as needed in a timely
manner.
• Assist and coordinate contract strategy including network
recruitment and development.
• Manage the onboarding process from beginning to completion for
all new and existing contracted providers.
• Facilitate Business Reviews with current contract vendors
• Assist in the management of TTUHSC Managed Care contracts
department to ensure compliance with HSC policies and
procedures.
• Coordinate with the TTUHSC contracting office personnel as
needed
• Provide accurate contract reports and analysis of the Provider
Network to various parties.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by
the Supervisor.
