Qualifications:

Lead, develop, and implement cross-org scalable tech-assisted creative systems and workflows at scale, e.g. creative asset automation, advertising automation, personalized experiences, editorial design systems, and related proprietary tools. Content merchandising and Originals promotion:
Develop a visual language and strategy for how content and Tubi Originals are promoted and visualized through growth channels and in-product promotion. Support Product testing initiatives:
Partner with Product, Engineering, R&D, and Design teams to unlock and expand roadmap scope and possible avenues currently limited by asset & creative availability. Develop and own the Tubi Design Hub:
You and your team will be responsible for being the glue between growth, marketing, brand, and product design. Create and maintain a centralized source of truth where all guidelines, templates, and resources are stored, accessible, and discoverable by all creative and non-creative Tubi departments. Have a keen eye for discrepancies and be the voice of cross-org consistency. Your Background:
Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience. 3
years of design leadership experience with a total of 8
years of design experience at a consumer-facing or entertainment company. Managed a team of 2
IC's Strong communication skills and experience leading design and cross-org workshops. Created or maintained a company-wide design/brand guidelines resource. Bonus:
was a key contributor to the development of a visual identity. Experience and examples of workflows or creative deliverables leveraging technology or automation. Strong understanding of emerging technologies, their scope, and implantation cost. Bonus:
Ability to read and understand code, APIs, and technical documentation. A passion for film and entertainment. A strong pulse on current and emerging design trends, and experience creating work that has won the hearts and minds of its consumers.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
