• Own the customer experience after sales lead qualification, all the way to the match
• Lead Technical Requirements Gathering with customers.
• Better understand their requirements and translate it into developers needed. Work with customers to set expectations on quality, pricing and timelines.
• Identify, vet, and place the best-qualified developers to meet customer needs.
• Own the quality of developers that are surfaced to the customers.
• Work with various internal operations teams to ensure speed and quality.
• Share feedback with product teams on how to better improve systems to support Technical Matchers to fulfill more positions

Capabilities:
