Essential Functions:
• Lead clinic supply chain management operational initiatives including developing and analyzing metrics to drive performance and minimize cost
• Implement and manage clinic inventory management processes, including procurement, contracting, shipping/receiving, par levels, charge capture, and custom reporting
• Ensure staff meet the established service goals, follow policies and procedures, and the daily requirements are met in order to achieve maximum utilization of resources
• Develop and provide guidance for clinic sites to manage par levels to minimize cost
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, cost reductions, process improvements, product standardization, and implement appropriate changes within clinics
• Facilitate product evaluations onsite with clinical staff
• Oversee product conversions
• Work with distributors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and service levels are met
• Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Assist clinic leadership and physicians with development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Act as an advocate for progressive materials management concepts
• Oversee, monitor and supervise the daily operations of clinic supply chain staff
• Effectively recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees
• Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with staff through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others as needed
• Appropriately communicate and escalate employee relations issues toVice President and HR (including, but not limited to performance concerns, conduct, attendance and policy violations)
• Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year
• Any and all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Healthcare related field with 5-7 years of work experience preferred. 8-10 years of work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Inventory management and purchasing system experience
• Healthcare supply chain management experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to:
• Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.

• Travel independently throughout the clinic (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
