Essential Functions:
• Lead clinic supply chain management operational initiatives including developing and analyzing metrics to drive performance and minimize cost
• Implement and manage clinic inventory management processes, including procurement, contracting, shipping/receiving, par levels, charge capture, and custom reporting
• Ensure staff meet the established service goals, follow policies and procedures, and the daily requirements are met in order to achieve maximum utilization of resources
• Develop and provide guidance for clinic sites to manage par levels to minimize cost
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, cost reductions, process improvements, product standardization, and implement appropriate changes within clinics
• Facilitate product evaluations onsite with clinical staff
• Oversee product conversions
• Work with distributors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and service levels are met
• Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Assist clinic leadership and physicians with development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Act as an advocate for progressive materials management concepts
• Oversee, monitor and supervise the daily operations of clinic supply chain staff
• Effectively recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees
• Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with staff through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others as needed
• Appropriately communicate and escalate employee relations issues toVice President and HR (including, but not limited to performance concerns, conduct, attendance and policy violations)
• Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Healthcare related field with 5-7 years of work experience preferred. 8-10 years of work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Inventory management and purchasing system experience
• Healthcare supply chain management experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Prepare, stock, and clean exam room
• Prepare for clinic and surgeries, ensuring pertinent information is available in the chart for the physician prior to entering the patients’ room (i.e., MRI, CT, EMG and lab reports)
• Measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patient’s chart.
• Room patients. Verifies patient information by interviewing patient, recording medical history, confirming purpose of visit, updating chart history.
• Maintain an efficient, organized clinical flow
• Gather and verify pertinent patient information; compile patient medical data

• Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, cold sterilization fluid change, etc.).
• Provide direct assistance to physician with medical procedures such as ultrasounds, injections, PRP, MRI’s and other procedures as necessary
• Administer biologic and other medications
• Submit medication refill requests, help with prior authorizations and appeals
• Triage phone calls, review results management, enter and create patent lab orders, process specimens and prepare for shipment daily
• Assist with patient transfers
• Ensure coding requirements are followed during entry of patient information
• Act as a prescribing delegate to enter medical orders (i.e. medications, laboratory services, imaging studies and other auxiliary services into the computerized provider order entry (CPOE) into patient electronic records under the direct supervision of the provider
• Manage the clinic schedules and communicate any scheduling issues with Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner
• Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, MRI’s, bone scans, EMG’s, consults and any other tests ordered by the provider
• Manage the physician’s schedule, including surgeries, clinics, meetings and any other pertinent items. Inform the appropriate staff with any changes to the physician’s schedule
• Provide efficient, effective liaison between the physician and patients, hospitals, therapist, QRC’s, attorneys, insurance companies, employers, and other staff members
• Contact insurance companies and worker’s compensation officials for authorizations for scheduled tests; provide accurate information to the prior authorization team
• Inform “on call” physician of any inpatient cases that will require rounding during the weekend.
• Triage phone calls from emergency/urgent patients
• Relay, screen and appropriately reply to all patient calls. Document all phone messages in the patient’s electronic chart
• Coordinate ordering supplies and/or equipment for surgeries and/or clinics (i.e. prosthesis for surgery, lab coats for clinics).

Our facilities include digital radiology and dental radiology. We have full Idexx in house labs that include CBC, Chemistry, automated UA and clotting. We have ekg, rigid endoscopy, integrated Cornerstone software and ICU units.

Compensation includes full health health dental insurance, paid time off, matching 401(K), paid CE and professional memberships. There is also the opportunity to buy into the practice in the next 7-10 years.

The MRI Technologist performs quality images per physician’s orders while providing excellent care to patients.

This is a part-time position working every other weekend (8am - 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday) out of the Burnsville clinic and possibly assisting in Edina as well.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health).

Essential Functions
• Perform MRI procedures in close proximity to super conducting magnet on designated portions of the body for physicians’ use in diagnosing and treating illness or injury
• Inform and prepare patients for procedures
• Maintain patient files, including internal and external films
• Prepare, clean, and stock work area with supplies
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair
• Maintain the necessary precautions for exposure to the static magnetic field and non-ionizing radiation/radiofrequencies
• Communicate implant safety concerns and expectations to care teams and patients to ensure patient is able to tolerate MRI exam comfortably
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Education And Experience Requirements
• Graduate of an ARRT approved program
• ARRT Certified in Magnetic Resonance or a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in a MRI department required

Essential Requirements

Ability to:
• Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
• Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
• Work in the clinic during business hours
• Travel independently throughout the clinic (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
• Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
• Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
• Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
• Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Understand and execute a variety of instructions
• Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Travel to other work locations, if required
