About You:
You love storytelling and driving enterprise strategic vision and thought leadership within the global analyst community. You are a thoughtful and detail-oriented communicator, providing polished verbal and written communications. You are passionate and committed to developing effective, long-standing relationships while holding yourself and cross-functional stakeholders accountable for providing the highest quality of work possible. You take pride in bringing your authentic self to work every day and are collectively proud of the organization while remaining individually humble.
About This Role
• Act as a key business partner across the organization, to develop and execute our first Analyst Relations Strategy and Program from the ground up.
• Help to define and lead a new market category for Enterprise Learning SaaS.
• Work closely with senior cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) leaders and their supporting teams across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations.
• Identify and prioritize global analyst firms; identify key analysts from each firm to nurture relationships with; build strategic analyst briefing decks and materials; and lead GTM analyst relations enablement.
• Create and execute a strategic vision and strategy for Udemy to work with industry analysts, and partner cross-functionally to achieve measurable business outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
• Build, lead, and scale our first Global Analyst Relations Program; establish key business objectives, strategy, and industry benchmarks to ensure Udemy remains the perennial leader across markets and industry analyst reports, hype cycles, inbound inquiries, and thought leadership.
• Establish and run an engagement calendar to grow key analyst relationships across global firms to advocate Udemy’s vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and competitive differentiators.
• Create, own, and deliver analyst briefing decks and GTM enablement assets with the most current market research, trends, and commentary from analysts and industry thought leaders.
• Manage all AR operations, including rationalizing agreements and budgets to support consistent analyst strategy days, quarterly briefings, inbound and outbound inquiries, and research requests.
• Drive digital and live analyst engagements across signature analyst reports (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycles, IDC Marketscape, etc.) and at industry and Udemy events.
• Proactively partner across Udemy’s Marketing and Communication Teams to provide guidance on messaging, positioning, etc. from the perspective of our global analysts to ensure Udemy’s unified and streamlined narrative across all markets.
What you’ll have:
• 8-10 years of experience leading Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Product Management experience within global, publicly-traded enterprise SaaS companies.
• 2-3 years of experience creating, implementing, and scaling successful Analyst Relations programs in enterprise SaaS businesses
• Highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a natural inclination for both strategy setting and tactical execution with the ability to build strong, cross-functional relationships with executives and analysts.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership to create cross-functional alignment to execute vision and strategies, building for near- and long-term success with the ability to apply competitive insights to strengthen AR programs.
• Effective business partner with the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment advocating market insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Proven experience informing and influencing company placement and commentary in signature analyst reports and thought leadership (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Market Waves, Marketscapes, etc.) year over year.
We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. However, we also realize that everyone has unique experiences that can add value to our company. Even if you think your background might not perfectly align, we'd love to hear from you!
Life at Udemy
We aspire to be as vibrant and dynamic as the communities we serve, as inquisitive as those who use our platform, and as revolutionary as the future we strive to open for everyone. Here are some of the things we love about life at Udemy:

We want you to be able to bring your authentic self to work because when we all do, we’re better for it.
• Learning is what we do – inside and out. Our Learning & Development team is second to none, helping ensure your journey is one of continuous progression. You’ll also have unlimited access to Udemy courses, monthly UDays (meeting-free professional development days), and a generous annual professional development stipend.
• Our reason to exist is to revolutionize learning – that calls for taking risks and learning from failures. Whether it’s our hackathons (a company-wide effort to envision new possibilities for our product) or sharing our prototypes, we see experimentation as a crucial step on the path to success.
• We’re committed to creating world-class employee experiences and are proud of the recognition of this by Great Place to Work. Learn more about our certification here and find out what it's like to work at Udemy on our blog.
