• Experience deemed equivalent to residency or fellowship training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with medical, nursing and pharmacy staff; pharmacy residents; and students is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of general hospital and outpatient clinic operations.
• Ability to integrate clinical services and educational activities is required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.

Candidates without a professional nursing board certification must be able to obtain their certification within two years of their hire date or at the certification eligibility date for those certifications requiring more than two years of experience.
• One year of clinical-based experience preferred.
