Job Description
The successful candidate must be able to implement appropriate pedagogy, create and deliver interactive face to face and online training, and possess the abiltiy to adapt to rapidly changing technological learning environment. Working knowledge of learning management systems such as Canvas learning management system is a plus along with knowledgeable of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
Some Key Responsibilities And Characteristics Of This Position Are
• Interpret and work with subject matter experts to create necessary training in order to address the needs of staff and the diverse community UF serves
• Ability to create training in learning management systems such as Canvas
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
• Ensure that digital content is accessible to all individuals
• Update UFIT Training Web pages and evaluate and document internal procedure

Benefits
Full-time TEAMS employees will accrue vacation leave at a rate of 6.769 hours biweekly/22 days annually and sick leave at a rate of 4 hours biweekly/13 days annually. In addition, employees are eligible for ten paid holidays each year.
Vacation accruing TEAMS employees are eligible for four personal leave days/32 hours per year, assuming full-time status, and are intended to give the flexibility to enable units to close from December 26 to 31 when possible, determined on a unit-by-unit basis.

Expected Salary
$23.95 - $26.34 per hour; commensurate based on education and experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
