About the Role
Job Title: UKG Pro (UltiPro) System Implementation Consultant
Job Location: Remote
HRMS is searching for practitioners who have implemented UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or actively using UKG Pro (UltiPro) to managed their workforce. Successful candidates will possess hands-on UKG Pro (UltiPro) launch implementation and configuration consulting experience. As a UKG Pro Implementation Consultant, you will be part of team assigned to guiding one or more clients, of varying size and complexity, through the launch of UKG Pro (UltiPro) and assisting with post go-live services. Critical responsibilities include adhering to proven implementation methodology, the ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into system configuration and design in order to meet client project objectives. With your proven UKG Pro (UltiPro) implementation involvement it will be your responsibility to deliver timely and quality system configuration deliverables and assist clients feel secure and supported in their launch journey.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Provide UKG System (UltiPro) Implementation Services to UKG Pro Clients
• Exude confidence, passion and a strong desire for customer success
• Learn and become an expert in the HRMS implementation methodology and use this methodology on all customer engagements
• Work closely with project managers and client project teams to understand details of the project objectives in order to provide system design recommendations
• Work with HRMS Project Manager to analyze client business needs to determine optimal UKG Pro configuration
• Consult with clients to design, build, test and deploy UKG Pro functional components
• Build and deliver design documentation necessary to effectively communicate configuration requirements and recommendations to customers
• Ability to manage multiple client launch implementations and/or post go-live projects simultaneously
• Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track daily activities
• Effectively assist with the transition of client to ongoing vendor support
• Identify risks and communicate issues to internal and external Project Managers
• Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) while teaching or demonstrating new skills and/or tasks to client audiences
• Attend internal and requested external client project meetings to provide accurate status and progress of activities and deliverables
• Achieve and maintain thorough knowledge of UKG Pro and other product modules with required certifications
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other HRMS consultants in areas of UKG Pro expertise
• Achieve company utilization targets
• Other duties as necessary

Required Experience
• Minimum of 3-years of UKG Pro Core HR/Payroll certification

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Successfully manage conflicting project priorities
• Flexible, dependable, and capable of operating at a high rate of delivery with minimal direction
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
• Strong work ethic, and sense of pride in work efforts and deliverables
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer
Preferred Experience
• Proficient with use of standard technology including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), project management tools, video conferencing and other online meeting software
• Experience with UKG Pro as a system administrator
• UKG Pro Talent Module end user experience
• HR or payroll practitioner with industry or professional certification
• Business analyst and/or project management professional experience highly desired
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10%
