About the role:

LeadsRx is actively seeking a Technical Support Analyst to work with customers and internal team members utilizing the LeadsRx application for the optimization of Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). This is the perfect role for someone who has solid support and web development skills, is looking to take the next step in their career, and craves the opportunities and responsibilities that make a direct impact on our customer’s (and LeadsRx’s) success. The selected candidate will be launching into an exciting industry while getting direct experience in expanding their technical and analytical skillset.

What you’ll be doing:
• Monitoring and responding to support tickets via the Zendesk support system
• Organizing calls and remote web assistance with customers to troubleshoot issues as appropriate
• Replicating and testing customer configurations to determine whether the issue is a configuration issue or a product issue
• Troubleshooting HTML, Javascript, and impression pixels
• Documenting steps for issue reproduction and providing supporting log data for the Engineering team via JIRA
• Troubleshooting complex issues that may or may not be related to the supported application
• Developing and maintaining strong industry and product knowledge
• Providing customers with LeadsRx and industry best practices
• Conducting troubleshooting and problem resolution of customer issues during training and Implementation, including technical issues
• Managing the resolution of customer escalations when needed

A little bit about you:
• Basic knowledge of MySQL or equivalent
• Familiarity with Postman client or equivalent
• Experience with technical troubleshooting skills around application software, which includes:
The ability to troubleshoot common API issues, such as missing/incorrect parameters and incorrect endpoints
The ability to create, implement, and troubleshoot custom Javascript, namely tags, triggers, and variables
The ability to use browser developer tools to identify common script issues
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and the ability to troubleshoot common issues with tags, triggers, and variables
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Proven ability to quickly build customer relationships and confidence
• Basic understanding of platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
• Combined understanding of marketing techniques and the knowledge to implement and troubleshoot the client-side technology, in addition to the ability to continually learn and grasp changes in technical terminology
• You are a team player who takes initiative and knows when to ask for help!
Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, Marketing (with quantitative emphasis), Data Science/Analytics, Technical School diploma/certificate, or equivalent
• Two years+ of related experience, ideally in the SaaS industry or similar

Location Fully Remote - preferably from Canada, Caribbean, or South America

Responsibilities
• Work Schedule: EST or New York time zone
• Communication Requirement: Native or fluent English skills (written and verbal) since this could be a very client-interfacing role.
• Designing pages,
• Providing recommendations for new monthly tests,
• Keeping the landing page dashboard updated with weekly stats,
• Write a monthly report on the landing page performance,
• Set up the Unbounce account
• Set up a subdomain for the landing pages and point it to Unbounce
• Connect Unbounce with Hubspot to send lead info to the client CRM account.
• Provide landing page examples to help us align with the client on the design concept & content.
• Design the thank you page on Unbounce.

Requirements
• Required: Complete fluency in English written and verbal communication is required. No exceptions.
• Required: 2+ years of experience in Unbounce development
• Nice to have: Some experience in SEO, Paid Media Channels (Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, Apple Search Ads, Twitter, Programmatic, Bing, YouTube, etc)
• Nice to have: Experience with copywriting and brand marketing.
