Job Description
As an Affiliate Manager with the Undercover Tourist team, you will be confident compiling lists of qualified prospects, nurturing prospects through the full signup and integration process, optimizing & growing affiliate sales, assisting with follow up on existing sales efforts, representing Undercover Tourist at various tradeshows and conferences and working with existing partners as needed.
In addition, the Affiliate Manager will assist with the execution of contracting, site configurations, partner launches and regular business reviews, managing the implementation partner marketing initiatives, assisting with presentations, and collecting and tracking sales reports and figures. The Affiliate Manager is expected to drive meaningful revenue contribution and will have revenue goals and metrics associated with each quarter.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the General Manager, Undercover Tourist on current business initiatives
• Assist with top of funnel sales efforts and outreach
• Assist with all facets of sales cycle as needed – from open to contract/launch
• Research topics and categories for potential affiliates that fit with Undercover Tourist
• Provide regular communication of business updates to partners and clients
• Work closely with the creative team to execute marketing initiatives and distribute to affiliates
• Start to learn new features on GA and Adobe in order to properly track new business initiatives
• Collect and track data for daily and monthly sales reports
• Utilize UCT/EBG’s paid software like CJ, Shareasale, AssociationExecs and Similarweb to improve lead generation
• Assist with gathering and formatting data into presentation format for quarterly management business reviews
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
• Experience in identifying and engaging marketing affiliate partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with affiliate partners
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate marketing partnerships
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
• High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Experience in ticketing, sports and/or travel industry is preferred
• Ability to travel domestically for events and trainings

• Input pricing/rates for new products and manage pricing updates to existing products; monitor rate parity/competitiveness.
• Follow (and enhance!) our existing launch plans for new ticket products, communicating deliverables and dates to team to keep us on schedule.
• Participate in pre-launch and post-launch review of how product(s) are launched on our website
