As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all Finished Goods produced at the site meet all quality and regulatory standards. Moreover, you will be driving Unilever Quality culture to reduce losses and ensure the highest standards of Quality are realized.
•You’re a strategy guru: You will align and deploy the Business Group Quality Strategy in the factory by focusing on Product Superiority as a deliverable. As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will be tasked with interfacing with suppliers, customers key Unilever stakeholders external to the Plant and developing and implementing the strategy that prepares Raeford for future business needs.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, strong analytical and technical thought process.
