Essential Functions:
• Embrace the Union Bank culture by delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Accept and accurately process all financial transactions.
• Assist customers with all account requests.
• Proactively build customer relationships to uncover account and lending needs.
• Lead by example, support and assist branch in achieving goals set by management on a consistent basis.
• Review and maintain knowledge of products, fees and policies, and stay current on offerings for product suggestions.
• Research and resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Proactively participate in ongoing trainings, coaching, and mandatory meetings to ensure continued growth.
• Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions that apply to designated job responsibilities.
• Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
• Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous banking and/or demonstrated sales experience.
• Proven abilities in cross-selling Union Bank’s products, services and referrals.
• Basic math and proficient computer skills.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Working Environment:
Indoor work – not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards.
Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Some sedentary work lifting and/carrying up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours), Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM

• Maintain a customer call listing and document ongoing calling activity.
• Service and monitor existing commercial account relationships. Ensure compliance, proper loan rating, timely past due management and problem loan detection.
• Identify industry resources and conducts industry comparisons as it relates to a particular business to provide additional risk assessment.
• Identify problems in credit trends and recommend enhancements to loan terms, conditions and controls.
• Represent the bank in the community through active participation in community affairs and professional organizations.
• Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
