At UpLead, our Account Executives are going to be pivotal to our company’s growth. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team whose primary objective is to quantify inbound leads, create pipeline, and to onboard new customers to UpLead.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for speaking to inbound leads and identifying underlying problems in their sales solutions. You will qualify their need and partner with their team to get the deal to the end of the stage. Specifically, you will:
• Differentiate UpLead to prospective customers as the leader in the Sales Intelligence industry
• Consistently achieve or overachieve on your sales targets communicated to you on day 1
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
• Be seen as a thought-leader and industry expert, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

• 2-3 Years closing experience in SaaS
• Previously worked for high-growth start-ups

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $75,000-$85.000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
