Writer Overview...

You will be responsible for writing and identifying areas to improve understanding of our services via support documentation, blogs, and other content. Our audience is highly educated in our field of website monitoring, so we are looking for someone who can distill advanced technical concepts into user-friendly language. You will work with other writers to write and edit content in keeping with our language and style guides. Our company values accuracy and depth of information within our content. Writing of content will be between 20-40% of the position.

Technical Support Overview

In addition to writing, your main day to day tasks will be in the support team to answer incoming support requests as well as creating outgoing customer outreach. Professional and knowledgeable communication is key so those candidates with comparable industry experience will be given priority. The support team is involved in a number of customer success outreach efforts, and provides solutions to clients monitoring needs.

Responsibilities:• Document specific use cases that require an understanding of the product, either via support articles

• Write and edit content for the marketing site and user-facing support documentation

• Providing technical support to clients via email, live chat or phone
• Conduct client success outreach and product demo calls
• Join Sales Team on Technical calls for potential clients
• Assist with light QA of internal development for end users

The Product Manager will be a contributor in driving the product’s mission, vision and strategy. What you will do:

● In partnership with the Chief Product Officer and Senior Product Managers; executing and continuing to enhance the product roadmap: This includes engaging with the cross-functional Product Development team to identify and prioritize new features, functionality and defining the go-to-market strategy for new releases.

● The Product Manager will be responsible for monitoring requirements partnering with other product managers as well as incident management (StatusPage) and Mobile app requirements.
