JOB SUMMARY Are you passionate about computer science and education? Code.org is a non-profit organization dedicated to growing participation in computer science by making it available in more schools and increasing participation by young women and underrepresented students. Our vision is that every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn computer science. We believe computer science should be part of the core curriculum, alongside other courses such as mathematics, biology, chemistry, or algebra!

As a principal software engineer on the Teacher Experience Team at Code.org, you’ll deliver software products and operate services used by tens of millions of students and teachers in K-12 classrooms around the world.

As a member of our engineering team, you will:• Own projects and build features end to end, working on exciting technical challenges using some of the latest technologies.
• Work across the engineering organization to help set the technical direction for the Code.org platform, as well as contribute to our architecture working groups.
• Work with your team, product managers, and curriculum writers to build accessible and engaging user experiences.
• Ship software regularly while maintaining excellent live site availability.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to an inclusive, growth-focused, and collaborative team culture.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates who have:

• Passion for our mission of growing access to computer science education
• Experience with building consumer-grade web applications, including JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and SQL
• Experience supporting a production high-scale web-based software product or service using cloud technologies, including AWS
• Experience leading architectural change and/or setting technical direction
• Experience working independently on software projects, including the ability to break down project work into smaller features and communicate status updates effectively

In addition, candidates:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Liquibase is hiring an Agile Product Owner to enhance our database change management product. Someone in this role will use their knowledge of the market and top-notch communication skills to represent customer, business interests and the market in the product development lifecycle. They will also work with Customer Success to ensure an intense focus on the needs of our customers. What you'll do:
• Own the near-term technical product roadmap for our Database DevOps platform, including setting milestones and prioritizing deliverables
• Define detailed technical product requirements based on customer and business requirements
• Manage detailed planning and delivery of features, including prioritizing and grooming the backlog
• Assist Engineering in managing the backlog of technical debt
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team on customer reported issues and feature requests
• Engage customers to better understand their needs and requests so you can translate them into actionable product plans for Engineering
• Be the day-to-day point of contact of Product Management for Engineering
• Work with the Engineering, Design, Documentation, and Customer Success teams to create complete and polished product offerings
• Work with the Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to plan product launches and provide the materials necessary to educate other departments on product enhancements, their value, and their use

Your background and skill set:
• BS or BA plus experience in technical field
• 5+ years as a technical product owner for a technical audience including automation solutions, data solutions, or development/operations products
• A strong understanding of database technology, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Extensive experience writing & refining technical requirements to produce predictable product outcomes on an agile scrum team
• An incredible talent for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have:
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence
• Experience with database applications as a DBA or Developer
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar certification
• Active participation in an open source project
• Agile certifications preferred

Responsibilities

The Clinical Care Attendant is responsible for assisting the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant (collectively “Provider”) with front office and back office duties in the outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis. This position is a vital part of the office team that cares for patients in the clinic setting working under the direction of a Provider and working closely with the Provider, other clinical staff, and direct patient care.
• Perform Radiology Exams per protocols and provide patient education regarding exam.
• Perform and/or assist clinical procedures consistent with training and licensure under supervision of Provider in exam suite. Greet and welcome patients immediately upon arrival to the clinic. Escort back to exam suite. Complete patient registration and associated paperwork or assist in on-line registration as needed, based on patient need, ability and desire. Escort and check out upon completion of visit and assist patient with completion of patient satisfaction survey if needed at the time of check out.
• Obtain patients review of systems and history, measure vital signs, including but not limited to weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and complete all necessary documentation in patient’s chart and consistent with clinical protocol.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology.

Graduate of an accredited program for Radiology Technology.

License(s)/Certification(s):

Limited x-ray permit and current Iowa RT permit to practice.

ARRT certified/eligible.

BLS and Mandatory Reporter.

The Staff Coach will also participate as a mentor coach to the volunteer coaches in the United community.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Conduct practices two times a week (1.5 hrs minimum) during the standard club season (January – May) (August – November)
• Create a year-round schedule (practices, games, tournaments)
• Attend all Friendly, Tournament, and League play games
• Provide player feedback to families
• Ensure a positive playing environment for all players (50% playing time)
• Recruit players to fill roster spots when needed
• Manage team communications ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Serve as a mentor for AYSO Core Coaches (E-mail support, one practice, and one game visit)
