REPORTS TO: Doping Control Officer (DCO) Manager, Doping Control Officer (DCO) Regional Team LeadJOB SUMMARY: The Doping Control Officer will be responsible for conducting Doping Control throughout the United States as well as additional administrative tasks. Primary responsibilities will include weekly traveling to conduct Doping Control for Olympic, UFC and Client Services testing teams to support our Target Testing Program. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in the management of the Target Testing program and other administrative tasks while at USADA headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducting Urine, Blood, Dried Blood Spot and Virtual testing in support of the Target Testing Program for the Olympic, UFC and Client Services testing teams
• Accept, plan and manage doping control test assignments for Olympic, UFC and Client Services testing teams
• Witness sample collection or overseeing the witnessing of the Sample Collection Process
• Process athlete samples according to USADAs protocol and procedures
• Ship and submit all processed samples and documentation to the appropriate destinations
• Schedule and manage all travel, as well as associated expense reports
• Ensure accurate documentation/completion of the Doping Control Process
• Assist with the management of the Target Testing test distribution plan
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for processes and protocols
• Assist in the distribution of inventory to Doping Control Officers

JOB SUMMARY:USADAs Athlete Presenter Program is designed to further optimize USADAs in-person education by increasing the teams depth of qualified presenters and ensuring that athletes receive education from peers who have successfully navigated anti-doping requirements. USADA recruits retired USADA Testing Pool Athletes who embody USADAs core values, are passionate about clean sport, are comfortable with public speaking, and have a willingness to learn. This program also affords opportunities for athletes after the field of play, often helping athletes assimilate to the work force once competitive sport is no longer their primary career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver anti-doping education to athletes and athlete support personnel through webinars, face-to-face education, and/or booths at events
• Travel either on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on availability and schedule of events and/or presentations on behalf of USADA
• Attend initial and ongoing training with/by the USADA Education team
• Support the Education team in the development of educational content and messaging
• Support the Education and Communication teams by collecting social media content while in the field
GENERAL:

• Remain professional when representing USADA

• Collaborate and interact with individuals and teams

This is a contracted position and will be paid per draw collection. This position could be ideal for an existing mobile phlebotomist to add to their current work, or for someone who wants to work on a part-time flexible basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs venipunctures and related procedures for specimen collection of athletes at facilities and athlete homes.
• Use proper patient identification to avoid mistakes that can affect the collection.
• Establish rapport with the client, while maintaining professionalism.
• Enforce infection control processes at all times that you are working with equipment or athletes.
• Ensure that phlebotomy supplies are stocked and organized prior to seeing athletes.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• National Phlebotomy certification from one of the following accredited agencies.
• ACA- American Certification Agency (certified on/after July 2003).
• AMT- American Medical Technologists (certified on/after April, 2003).
• ASCP- American Society of Clinical Pathology (certified on/after June, 2003).
• NHA- National Health Career Association (certified on/after February 2005).

REPORTS TO: Olympic & Paralympic Counsel FLSA: Non-Exempt
INTERN SUMMARY: Responsible for providing support for investigation and prosecution of anti-doping rule violations and contributing to development of internal policies and procedures by conducting research, preparing documents, and other tasks as assigned.
OBJECTIVES: With this internship, you will gain a mentor, have the ability to complete a resume building project based on your interests and goals in coordination with supervising staff at USADA, and learn about the rules and regulations related to anti-doping in sport.
TERMS:
One internship is available for Summer 2023, from mid-May through mid-August
Applications are due by January 6th.
This is a paid internship $14-$18/hour and allows school credit
General hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
1L applicants must supplement applications with complete fall semester grades once available
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Legal Student
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong record of academic achievement

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for various tasks related to conducting Doping Control in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accept, plan and manage doping control test assignments
• Recruit, train and oversee Chaperones
• Witness sample collection or overseeing the witnessing of the Sample Collection Process
• Drive to various locations to perform urine and/or blood collections
• Process athlete Samples according to USADA's protocol and procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation/completion of the Doping Control Process
• Ship processed Samples to the specified WADA certified laboratory
• Submit all Sample Collection Documentation to USADA
• Assist in the recruitment and training of Doping Control Officer candidates identified by USADA
• Accountable to the most current version(s) of the DCO Manual, Sample Collection Documentation and other training resources
• Participate in DCO evaluation and support program
• Collect Samples on behalf of other agencies when requested by USADA
• Ensure adequate control of Document, Record and Sample Collection Equipment
GENERAL:

• Have no affiliation with sample collection organizations outside of USADA
