Position Overview
U.S. Career Institute is looking for an innovative and strategic-thinking Business Partner Development Manager (BPDM) for partner expansion, development, new logo execution, and relationship management with newly cultivated partners.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development the BPDM will possess knowledge and experience working with Corporate partners to drive revenue growth and Student activation volume. The BPDM will be promoting the development of go-to-market relationships that encourage and create new service offerings and value-added services.

Profile of Business Partner Development Manager: The individual must have a new business development drive and market approach. We expect our team members to consistently perform outbound communications, keep their schedule filled with meetings, develop each targeted relationship with consummate professionalism and effective business communications. Our team members must have a desire to move each relationship from open to active by focusing on Partner outcomes and Student outcomes.

The role requires experience in Corporate Sales. Previous Corporate Education experience is preferred. Also preferred is a track record of driving alliance partners, channel partners, and alliances business with strong ROI.

Location: North America, Territory to be assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
• Design and execute a territory GTM.
• Identify Partner targets, pursue relationships, and report.
• Help define vision, goals and strategies for growth in the existing market as well as new markets with Partners.
• Develop and maintain a documented Partner business plan and communicate to appropriate stakeholders regularly.
• Drive measurement, analytics and business insights or optimal Partner sales productivity and growth.
• Influence and liaison with critical internal stakeholders such as portfolio (product) management and development, finance, operations, sourcing, direct sales and more to successfully develop and launch new offerings with Partners to ensure quality Partner and Student experiences.
• Build and manage collaborative relationships with Partner stakeholders at the leadership and the working level.
• Provide sales and product/service training to Partners.
• Provide custom-tailored marketing to Partners and Alliances.
• Maintain continuous communication with named Partners.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of combined experience in business development, partner development, and sales.
• Experience with the sale of Education services and business process outsourcing services.
• Experience with channels and partner ecosystems.
• Experience working closely with executives.
• Experience negotiating with senior leadership of clients and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge regarding the benefits and risks inherent with outsourcing education.
• Knowledge of the Corporate Education (CNO, CTO, ODO, ITO) marketplace
• Knowledge and awareness of industry standards and norms
• Knowledge of the service elements and components required to deliver At-Scale Educational programming.
• Knowledge of the Education market sourcing models and the underlying sources of competitive advantage of those models.
Key Performance Indicators
This function should be a ‘multiplier’ to increase revenue, quality and overall solution adoption. This is done by:
• Number of New Partnerships and Alliances.
• Establishing a pipeline of Partner sourced sales opportunities.
• Expansion of partnerships. Increase our addressable number of Students via Partnerships.
• Establishing a number of differentiated USCI course and program offerings with individual Partners.
Pay: The base compensation range for this position is $70,000+ commensurate with experience and qualifications plus additional performance-based compensation plan with clear On-Track-Earnings (OTE) based on revenue attainment and a competitive benefits package.
• Quarterly incentive compensation based on target achievement.
