However, these themes are way too big to manage, and I am looking for a very scaled down version of these themes.

I am not interested in the body content only the left nav bar, top nav bar and footer functionality with the ability to use my custom style sheets to style the sections.

I do not want to use Bootstrap colors to style the menus and footer.

Dark and light modes for left and top nav bar and footer

Left Nav Bar:

• Sticky left nav bar that does not scroll out of view with browser window that is collapsable in all view ports.

• Expandable menu items

• Use my own custom style sheets to style the menu items and copy

Top Nav Bar:

• Sticky top menu bar that does not scroll out of view in the browser window.

• Expandable menu items

• Use my own custom style sheets to style the menu items and copy

Footer:

• Expandable menu items

• Use my own custom style sheets to style the menu items and copy

For an experienced UI developer this should be a easy project.

The timeline is immediate.

Must provide all source code Royalty Free with unlimited use

Project Requirements:

• Responsive layout (desktops, tablets, mobile devices)

• Built with Bootstrap v5.3.2 or newer

• Very little if no use of JQuery/JavaScript (only to perform a specific function as needed)

• Must be compatible with ASP.NET Core Razor pages

• Easy to Customize
