About the Role
• Location: US (Eastern or Central time zones preferred), Remote
• We’re looking for a Sales Development Whiz to lead the way in building out UXCam’s presence in the North American market.

This role is not for the faint of heart or someone who is “just looking for a job.” This will be your opportunity to make an impact at a fast-growing startup and collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve our ambitious revenue growth goals.

You will be responsible for strategizing innovative ideas, generating new business opportunities for the Account Executive team, and providing world-class support to prospective customers.

About you: Strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, creative and tenacious, with excellent communication skills. You excel with little supervision and enjoy the freedom to work autonomously. If you’re looking to advance your career in SaaS Sales, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As UXCam’s Sales Representative in the US / Americas, you will:

Be the face of UXCam and act as a key player in nurturing leads throughout the sales process by responding to all inbound leads, researching & qualifying new opportunities through various channels including phone, email and social.

Inbound (50%) - Field and qualify interest from leads that expressed interest in UXCam and route them to the Account Executive team.

Outbound (50%) - Prospect new opportunities that fit UXCam’s ICP by cold-calling, cold-emailing, social-selling, or anything - the sky's the limit!

Become a product & industry expert in all things mobile analytics. Understand customers’ needs and advise them on how UXCam can help them with a consultative sales approach

Stay up to date on industry news & trends

Diligently update and maintain information and activities in our CRM (Hubspot)

Leverage tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and others to general lead lists

What You’ll Need to Succeed in This Role

You have at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales development, ideally with SaaS products

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

You thrive in a remote work environment, are a stickler for organization, and have a killer system for managing your work

You are comfortable on the phone and aren’t phased by rejection

You have experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, and Outreach

Coachability - you’re always looking for ways to improve and are happy to give feedback as much as you receive it

You don’t need work Visa sponsorship to work in the US

Bonus points: Experience in and passion for startups

Business fluency in Spanish is highly valued
