You’ll rely on human-centric design principles to produce high-quality end-to-end visuals across many platforms and customer bases. You’ll... collaborate with fellow Product Designers, Strategic Designers, Product Managers, Growth Analysts, and Engineers to help define and refine our KSL design language, while creating innovative products and services to our customers’ delight.
We are building a team that seeks to understand our customers by learning everything we can about their behaviors, attitudes and emotions to help define the products and experiences we create. The Product Design team plays a significant role in using these insights to inspire and inform our design decisions.
User experience is at the foundation of how we create inclusive, innovative, and thoughtful products that our customers will love. We work with a lab of collaborative innovators and creative problem solvers. Our KeyString Labs teams are solving complex challenges and developing solutions that highlight our parent company’s, Entergy, unique opportunity to provide a new world of products and services by working with new disruptive technologies and resources. Our work touches millions across our five service regions (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Orleans and Texas), including small business, residential, and a growing number of industrial and corporate businesses.
As an experienced member of our design team, you'll also help to mentor and lead other members of our growing team. Role-wise, you’ll focus on UX research, interaction, and visual design. You understand the role of UX, visual design, prototyping, branding, communication, and team facilitation to create and execute a design strategy.
