Vanguard is seeking an individual who can assists with ticket print, inventory, scheduling, parts order and other administrative functions as directed by the Master Scheduler. This position includes ticket printing, parts orders, law labeling, and orphan cushion inventory.
An ideal candidate:
? Previous Furniture Experience preferred. (Upholstery, Frame, Finish, Cutting/Sewing etc)
? Excellent verbal and written skills required.
? Computer skills required. (Office 2010 or greater, Outlook Email, Excel, AS400)
? Familiar with office equipment. (Copy/Scan, Printer, Zebra Printer)
? Must have good problem-solving skills and take initiative to resolve and interact with others.
? Active listening with critical thinking skills needed.
? Must be self-motivated and on task with high quality output.
? Ability to multi-task is essential.
? Must be a team player, cooperative, and have a good attendance record.
? Attention to detail and organization is a must.
