Job Specifications
• Provide quick and reliable service for internal and external customers

• Perform all data entry duties
• Enter transactions into ERP system accurately and at the time of physical movement
• Prepare and package secure cards or components as required for shipment
• Audit incoming cards and components to verify 100% accurate counts
• Perform out-going count and quality inspections of secure material as per policies and procedures
• Move material from department to departments
• Warehouse material on shelves or skids
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts on a consistent basis
• Maintain 100% accuracy during cycle count and physical inventory counts
• Ensure the shift handover is communicated to appropriate staff

Job Description
As a Vault Supervisor, you work with your team to maintain inventory in our cash vaults for our Loomis customers.
Responsibilities
• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing on daily basis
• Oversight and coordination of route, and dispatch functions
• Controlling the costs of operations
• Safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training, monitoring and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Security of cargo and terminal through training, monitoring, and enforcement of policies and procedures

• Responding to customer inquiries and/or complaints

• Short and long range operational planning to meet branch goals
• Communication with all employees to immediately resolve any outstanding issues and/or complaints

• Consult with and accept advise/direction from the Operations/Branch Manager on a daily basis

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Anheuser-Busch Customer Collaboration Center (CCC), The Vault, will be the destination for Retail customers to discover insights and co-create solutions that drive beer and total alcohol category growth across all channels. The Content Director for The Vault, will be responsible for leading the day to day activities that enable a high level engagement with target Retailers in The Vault. This role will be responsible for expertly partnering across functions to lead successful development and translations of our commercial priorities into meaningful experiences within the canter that meet business objectives and drive growth for both Anheuser-Busch and our Retailers.
This role will design the strategy around content for The Vault with the objective of co-creating category solutions at Retail. Developing the narrative and translating Anheuser-Busch’s category strategy into experiential journeys throughout the center are core components of this role. They will partner closely with our Commercial Insights and Category, Marketing, Innovation and Sales to understand our insights, strategies and commercial priorities to determine how to create retail facing narratives. Through the delivery of tangible outputs and a mindset of continuous improvement they will deliver a best in class experience that will ensure long term relevancy of the Center.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to drive joint business planning outcomes with Retailers that deliver enhanced business results. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with large scale Retailers in the CPG industry across multiple formats and channels. Through expert facilitation, customer interaction, and provocative dialogue, this role will articulate our thought leadership and drive a collaborative approach.
