About the role:
The VP of Marketing will be instrumental in devising, creating and executing strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, seller & buyer acquisition targets and sales revenue across the US. This role reports to the CEO North America and will be based in New York, NY.
You will be responsible for driving the Vestiaire Collective US marketing strategy and growth, own & oversee the local execution of brand marketing projects. In partnership with the global marketing teams, you will focus on driving brand awareness through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives, as well as leading the strategy for local content channels, including CRM and onsite. You will also ensure a consistent brand positioning of Vestiaire Collective across all US campaign and customer touchpoints.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead the US Brand marketing strategy and execution in order to drive brand awareness and growth in the US market. Oversee US content marketing strategy, planning and execution. Report into the CEO, North America and lead the local marketing team and agency partners.
• Own local brand marketing budget and channel mix strategy to support the market growth strategy and business challenges. Develop and execute marketing projects & brand initiatives to build engaging campaigns & experiences for our customers and target audiences. Develop ongoing US Buyer and Seller Marketing strategy, plan & roll-out.
• Work closely with the CEO North America during seasonal planning to define growth priorities, objectives & KPI. Lead brand and content marketing teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Partner closely with the CEO North America and the global marketing organization to develop local market brand positioning and creative concepts. Partner closely with local PR, Media and influencer teams to align on strategy and execution of the overall marketing plan.
• Source, manage and maintain close partnerships with 3rd party agencies and partners as needed for execution of the US marketing plan.
• Leverage marketing analyst's data and key studies to identify new opportunities and need gaps to tackle with marketing projects
• Lead and the US brand & content marketing team, including future organization structure, recruiting and hiring.
About you:
• You have upwards of 15 years of marketing experience in similar roles in the eCommerce and/or Direct-to-Consumer industry. The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketing leader with experience leading innovative best-in-class global strategies and campaigns.

Carrier Operations Manager (F/M/D)

About The Role
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer Americas and will be working with our Americas teams to support our growth within the region.
What You'll Do
Transportation Management:
• Manage all domestic shipments, including inbound & outbound from the US hub in Brooklyn, New York.
• Lead day to day operations for all current and future last-mile delivery in the U.S

Who You Are

Cash Accountant Apprentice (F/M/D)

About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for an apprentice in cash accounting to support the Treasury leader.
What you'll do
• Assist in day-to-day activities of the treasury function: raise payments, monitor liquidity levels, bank reconciliations.
• Cash accounting for Europe and US entities, check bank statements receipt, analyze and tag the flows on a daily basis.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of accounts, including preparing cash reconciliations and recording of the accounts.
• Contribute to PSP booking (Hyperwallet on a weekly basis).
• Assist in preparation of cash position and cash forecasts.
Who you are
• Education related to Corporate Finance/Treasury (Master degree).
• High interest for Treasury/Accounting processes.
• You know how to use Pack Office, especially Excel.
• You are detail-oriented, autonomous and focused to efficiency.
• Basic English is required.

Account Manager Apprentice (F/M/D)

About The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic team player who can strongly support one of Vestiaire's most exciting projects, Brand Partnerships.
The Brand partnerships team is responsible for Resale as a Service, a high-end service that we provide to brands and retailers, enabling their clients to resell their items in exchange for upfront store credit. Vestiaire Collective provides all the operations and logistics, collects the supply and then we resell those items within Vestiaire Collective marketplace.
The team is structured on two pillars:
• the business development team that continually works on our current model, and adjusts it based on market competition evolution. The team pitches our offer to new brands and retailers and develops the model together with the partner
• the account management team that works with existing partners (Gucci, Mulberry, Mytheresa, Luisaviaroma…) in order to grow the partnerships and that is accountable for the retail activity within the marketplace
You will report into the head of brand partnerships and support the different roles according to the needs. The position is transversal, within the team as well as all other streams involved (product, CRM, marketing, strategy, operations, customer services…).
It is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team driving strategic discussions with luxury players on second hand while embracing the mechanisms of a global fashion marketplace.
What you'll do
• Assist Key Account Managers on day to day management for existing partners:
• reporting
• updating content and documentation
• Assist Business developers for the launch of new partners and be an active part in the process:
• support on copywriting
• support on testing the new websites and emailings
• Competitive benchmark & testing
• General trouble-shooting

• Structured, fast learner
• Thorough and detail-oriented
• Flexible to adapt to a fast pace environment
• Motivated by E-commerce and Fashion industry
• Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
• Data driven (Excel knowledge is a big plus)
• Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German preferred)
• Able to provide an apprentice agreement in France - preferably a rhythm as 3 days/week in the company and 2 days/week at school
