In addition to providing exceptional customer service, this role will also be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as the first line of technical support for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Schedule jobs for customers and ensure efficient coordination of resources to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Act as the first line of technical support for internet customers, troubleshooting common issues and providing initial solutions.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Construction, Sales, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system to provide comprehensive and accurate records.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality assurance metrics.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot common internet issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
