• Develop full scale marketing strategy to grow each of our products.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Ensuring timely completion and appropriate implementation of projects.
• Support facilitation of initiatives to generate expected outcomes.
• Manage requests and key measurements that align department and corporate objectives.
• Establish processes for implementation and maintenance of department policies.
• Own and manage the Asana project management environment.
• Organize and manage all project requests, input, schedules, material collection, and communication between Creative + Marketing Communications teams and internal/external clients.
• Communicate status and next steps of each request.
• Negotiate with clients when projects are incomplete, missing feedback and approvals.
• Work with team to prioritize and complete projects.
• Create and manage ongoing reporting on Asana activity.
• Be the “brand ambassador” between the Creative team and all internal partners
• Call and lead project kick-off meetings as needed.
• Facilitate and manage implementation of digital + print deliverables post-approval
to ensure project fulfillment deadlines are met.
• Communicate expectations and progress to project owners to meet expectations and/or negotiate realistic project options (status updates, review of project timelines, project shuffling, etc.).
• Schedule team meetings and weekly touch bases with project owners to maintain support.
• Initiate and maintain regular and timely client communication throughout the planning, implementation and ongoing production process while keeping clients informed of production schedules and status.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience

Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, the Traffic Coordinator owns primary relationships with Vistage internal partners. The Traffic Coordinator drives relationships forward and assumes primary project ownership to manage workflow, ensure quality is met and maintain accurate project records from inception to completion. POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Ensuring timely completion and appropriate implementation of projects.
• Support facilitation of initiatives to generate expected outcomes.
• Manage requests and key measurements that align department and corporate objectives.
• Establish processes for implementation and maintenance of department policies.
• Own and manage the Asana project management environment.
• Organize and manage all project requests, input, schedules, material collection, and communication between Creative + Marketing Communications teams and internal/external clients.
• Communicate status and next steps of each request.
• Negotiate with clients when projects are incomplete, missing feedback and approvals.
• Work with team to prioritize and complete projects.
• Create and manage ongoing reporting on Asana activity.
• Be the “brand ambassador” between the Creative team and all internal partners
• Call and lead project kick-off meetings as needed.
• Facilitate and manage implementation of digital + print deliverables post-approval
to ensure project fulfillment deadlines are met.
