Expert Wanted to Finish Setup of VTiger & FreePBX

The intent is to copy the functions of OpenPhone (https://www.openphone.com) with lead management using VTiger. I am looking for a Vtiger & FreePBX/Asterisk Expert to complete the set up of a VTiger-FreePBX integration project. Both software systems are already set up with a fresh copy of each on their own VPS. Each VPS is running on Namecheap with Ubuntu 22.04. I need to setup a FreePBX to... support up to 10 SIP phones and mobile devices. I am looking for a Vtiger & FreePBX/Asterisk Expert to complete the set up of a VTiger-FreePBX integration project. Both software systems are already set up with a fresh copy of each on their own VPS. Each VPS is running on Namecheap with Ubuntu 22.04. I need to setup a FreePBX to... support up to 10 SIP phones and mobile devices. The FreePBX needs to be connected to my Vtiger setup so we can track the voice and SMS/MMS communication between agents and the leads.

That said, our FreePBX setup must support both voice and MMS text messaging. I currently have an account with Twilio for my SIP trunks, but I am fine with switching to another SIP solution if it makes SMS/MMS easier to accomodate. I also need your help with picking the right client for Windows and Apple OS PC and mobile - preferably software that looks like OpenPhone.

Here is what I need help with on the PBX side:

- Configure the latest version of VTiger and FreePBX

- Integrate FreePBX to VTiger

- Configure SIP trunking

- Configure a simple IVR (only 3 recordings)

- Set up 10 extensions (four digit)

- Set up the inbound call routing rules (only 2 departments)

- Set up DID for 6 extensions

- Set up outbound dialing

- Set up round robin on 5 groups

- Set up "follow me" on some of the DID numbers to a cell phone

- The ability to record the call and store on Google Drive

- Vtiger and FreePBX interfaces needs to be on HTTPS and a very strong username and password

Ideal skills and experience for this project:

- Experience setting up FreePBX and connecting it to CRM systems

- Knowledge of VTiger and how it integrates with FreePBX

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the setup process Show more details...

Installing and hardening Ubuntu 22.04 and move old vTiger installation

This project consist of 2 phases. We will provide a clean preinstalled Ubuntu 22.04 server with SSH key access. Your job: 1: Install, configure and harden the server with MySQL, Apache and PHP to support an old version of vTiger. - Test and document so we can take a snapshot 2: Import our old vTiger installation and make it run. -Test and document so we can take a snapshot.
