Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Maintain, service, and expand existing client relationships and key accounts

• Understand the business objectives and advertising strategies of clients and find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising

• Develop short and long term plans for revenue growth

• Identify and develop new business

• Create compelling oral and written presentations

• Coordinate commercial production with a creative team

• Monitor accounts receivables and assist with collections

• Other Duties as Assigned

A TMP is responsible for directing live newscasts, monitoring WABI's on-air signals, managing automation playlists as well as ingesting and preparing program content.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Operation of the Ross Overdrive production automation system and associated equipment
- Monitor and manage the master control automation system
- Ingest and prepare program content for air
- Assist in maintaining a clean studio and control room
