Position Summary:

The Account Executive will be a full-time team member responsible for providing exceptional client services support in planning and executing needs across various projects. The Account Executive will need to communicate effectively with internal and external teams during the lifetime of assigned projects. Primary responsibilities will include supporting daily and on-going client services, project management, research, vendor communication and on-site activation support (as needed) for designated marketing projects or events.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Services:
• Develop professional relationships with peer-level client personnel
• Support in the ideation, creation, planning and execution of specific client programs
• Support on-going communication with clients
• Lead calls with preparation/agendas and follow-up needs with meeting recaps
• Draft client-facing correspondences
• Act as the voice of the client for internal needs
• Procure/acquire specific information from clients for marketing programs and/or events
• Have a good understanding of the client’s formal organisational structure

Pre-Project (Marketing or Event) Planning:
• Prepare meeting agendas and recaps
• Create, manage and update internal and external facing project timelines
• Prepare and maintain project checklists
• Have an understanding of project budgets, plus assist with tracking project spend throughout the planning process

Project (Marketing or Event) Support:
• Follow an organised approach to developing quality deliverables based on the objectives and specific brief/deliverables
• Seek responsibility for developing significant portions of deliverables
• Ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently and on time
• Work with multiple both internal and external teams with a strong team-first mentality
• Manage workflows for items such as asset approval & delivery, development of strategic & executional presentations, and vendor management
• Schedule internal and external meetings
• Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner

Post-Project (Marketing or Event):
• Assist with the preparation of marketing program and/or event recaps;
• Assist in the reconciliation of program budgets
• Postmortem notes and learnings based on qualitative and quantitative insights

General:
• Ability to adapt communication styles to specific audiences
• Have a good understanding of the agency’s structure and work to develop relationships with colleagues outside the team
• According to agency guidelines, develop case studies of excellent work
• Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside the area of assigned responsibilities

Your Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of comparable agency experience
• Experience in experiential and/or influencer marketing preferred
• Passion for culture - to be apart of it, shape it and create it
• Ability to work effectively with management of all levels
• Track record of contributing to client planning
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Superior communication skills

The Senior Project Manager will be a full-time team member responsible for delivering projects on an ongoing basis, collaborating closely with the Client Service and Creative teams. You need to be a natural and confident communicator, friendly and approachable with attention to detail and accuracy in all communication, whether internal or external. All We Are Social PMs are client facing, and the ability to build good client and third-party relationships will be integral. You also need to be a confident project team manager, rallying the troops and ensuring the internal team meets deadlines and that relevant check-ins/ reviews happen throughout the project lifecycle.

Another part of the role is focussed on content production. What does the role involve?
• Taking ownership of projects and see them through to completion
• Managing work across various social platforms including social and editorial content, influencer work, events, video etc.

• Scoping jobs and writing statements of work
• Managing budgets and reconciling each phase of the job
• Ensuring all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people; both internal sign-off, and client approvals

We’re on the lookout for a Creative Director with significant Experiential and Event experience (8 – 11 years).

What you’ll do:

You will lead the conceptualization and visualization of event and activation ideas (informed by briefs provided by the account and brand experience teams) by participating in brainstorms and developing presentations on your own. You’ll develop compelling visuals to bring concept decks to life, including mood boards, floor plans, mock-ups, spatial studies and renderings. While working on our creative team you will: Concept, write and create in partnership with different disciplines Understand the structure of a brands identityhow the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience Be responsible for sound, strategic thinking for integrated campaign work Be responsible for developing big and small projects- no task is too small, you like to get things done Recognize a clients needs and articulate them into a creative concept Present effectively to clients and agency teams Be a creative spokesperson for projects to ensure that the creative integrity of the work stays intact Contribute to new business activities, help outline and write pitch decks Have a genuine interest in, and awareness of, the creative industry, including groundbreaking ideas, emerging technologies, and ways that WAS can experiment with them Your experience looks like: 5 years of agency experience & a portfolio of live & spec work A robust knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, design, new/emerging platforms and technologies Achieved full command of the creative process- you know how to bring an idea along from a kernel to a campaign, and sell it to clients while staying on brief by Jobble Show more details...
