I'm looking for someone who can design a new website for me based on the outline of my current Wix site. I want the new site to be built on WordPress and to be mobile-friendly and interactive. Essentially, I need a drag-and-drop transfer of the design from Wix to WordPress. I'm currently using the free plan on Wix, and I don't require any additional hosting or plugins. We have a website that is mainly built in word press. It also integrates Elementor. While the content and the functionality are fairly simple, the way it is currently built is hard to update and to maintain for non-experts, even for simple tasks. My impression is that this (in my view: unnecessary) complexity is due to the fact that Wordpress and Elementor are used together while that is not... needed or they are built together in an unnecessarily

Our team has no advanced webdesign experience (yet) and needs the simplest possible model and technology that reflects (straight-forward) features and content:
- Multiple tabs (with no sub-tabs for a foreseeable future)
- A blog section (where may embed videos and are already embedding an R Shiny app: https://exceedium.pro/how-does-your-company-or-your-competition-perform-relative-to-the-best-in-disciplined-strategy-execution/).
- We also have links to support materials that we do not want to display openly on the website but have links we can share with prospects so they can access pdf-documents.
We also plan to build landing pages for campaigns that are not shown as an additional tab on the website.
Your job is:
- To review our website as it is, both from appearance and from how the functionality is realised (Wordpress, Elementor, ...)
- Suggest an easy-to-update technical realisation that minimises and/or simplifies the need for technology
- Transfer and update the website as it stands.
When that is done:
- We will set up together 2-3 additional blog posts
- Integrate 1-2 videos or audio features (podcast)
- Build landing pages for 1-3 campaigns.
In future:
- You will support us with additonal updates / enhancements

- Shop padel equipment linked with affility for sale (for example linked with amazon)
