Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). 2-4 years of experience in web design or a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a the web design field.

What you’ll do:
• Create web experiences end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Build wireframes and prototypes that convey your ideas and communicate your solutions to the broader team & stakeholders

What You Are:
• You’re a verbal and visual storyteller who can create insightful user stories and prototypes that align the team around product features.
• Proven record of designing and shipping immersive and compelling web experiences
• Located in NYC (our office is in NoHo Manhattan)

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:
• A portfolio showing high-quality, impactful Web Design work
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, including Figma
• Experience in animations is a plus
• Experience in 3D modeling is a plus

Education:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic or web design, marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

This position requires a minimum of three to five years of related experience providing web design and graphic design services in a professional setting. Preferred candidate will have experience in designing responsive, user-friendly web applications and will have experience and knowledge of CSS3/HTML5. Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, and content management systems such as Optimizely/Episerver CMS is also preferred.
