Roles and Responsibility:
• Owns the technology stack, publishing platform, development tools, and processes for the website development team
• Responsible for site security, performance, uptime, and deployment of all web pages, features, and tools worldwide
• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain DevOps pipelines for development, test, and production environments
• Contribute to a team responsible for the engineering automation, release coordination, and testing automation of scalable, cloud-based digital experiences
• Owns and drives the Delivery team with processes, frameworks, and toolsets that champion automated infrastructure
• Support the QA team with processes, frameworks, and toolsets that champion automated testing
• Perform root cause analysis for environment and applications issues
• Lead planning and coordination of infrastructure/environment updates
• Lead definition of best practices DevOps standards
• Collaborate with Security Team and Partners to ensure the website is secure and optimized for performance
Leadership Qualifications:
• A leader who is used to getting hands dirty with your team, including participating in on-call with your team.
• Proven experience in rapid and continuous web releases
• At least 8 years in leadership roles with a proven and consistent history of leading web & mobile teams
• Able to drive productivity and motivate a team to full project completion
