Are you a 360 Designer with a passion for skincare and after effects skills to show off?
Our client, a high-end skincare brand in NYC is looking for a designer to support the Retail and Business Development branch of the U.S. Team. This role will lead the production of assets for their Flagship and SkinLab retail locations as well as our B2B communications. This includes creating a suite of assets for new retail location openings as well as updating existing materials for new promotions. Some of these assets include signage, regimen cards, treatment menus, glorifiers, retail buildouts, digital displays, emails, social posts, event invitations and promotions, etc. This designer must be well-versed in both print and digital. Animation in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. They will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all materials as well as packaging and releasing mechanicals. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, work confidently and independently with attention to detail, be able to ensure precise execution of all branding and design standards, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must be incredibly organized and able to work through a high volume of materials in order to meet quick deadlines while still maintaining high design standards.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 Years BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer
• Passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of the packaging production process
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects *Meticulous with design details and attention to quality
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40.00 to $45.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match

· Manage the barcode creation process for all products while creating UPCs, barcodes, ship labels, and formatting files to be used on product labels.
· Provide accurate packaging dimensions for new product assets.
· Assist with other tasks as needed to support the design team and other cross-functional teams.
Asset Coordination:
· Lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional team members to extract and communicate essential information.
· Work closely with team manager to identify inventory turnover dates for timely web asset updates on e-commerce website.
· Monitor Purchase Order (PO) intake and create necessary label design assets accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2-3 years graphic design experience preferred.
· Must be competent in measuring 3D objects.
· Experience creating digital product renderings preferred.
· Experience in label design and packaging is preferred.
· Project coordination experience is preferred.
· Experience with GS1 is a plus.
· Experience with Click Up task manager is a plus.
· Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (other designers, Copy Writers, and Inventory).
· Detail-oriented to ensure accurate representation of brand assets is required.
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Confident decision-making skills and adaptable to change.
· Ability to interpret information and establish deadlines based on compiled information.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and write clearly. Ability to present one-on-one and group situations. Excellent verbal communication skills with the phone in a clear, concise professional manner.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
