• Strong communication skills to effectively speak with providers, employees, and all levels of staff within the company.

The Enterprise Data Architect will be a key role, responsible for developing a strategic Data Architecture and solving real problems by delivering data warehouse solutions that meet the needs of the organization and for our members. • Five years technical support experience
• Three years’ experience in a management role
• Experience leading other leaders
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Knowledge and use of CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between Members and WebPT sales people.
• Answer questions and overcome objections regarding WebPT with an end goal of scheduling the consultation call.
• Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
• Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
• Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

Education And Experience
