The Communications department manages all internal and external communications activities for the company in the US & Canada, including branding, events, advertising, digital communications, internal communications and media and public relations.

The Website Manager is primarily responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of the redesign and optimization of the Enel North America website and other website properties connected to it.

The position will be responsible for leading the redesign project and optimization of the Enel North America website including project management, user discovery, content creation, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content publishing in collaboration with the company’s Communications and Marketing Departments and the selected web and content agencies. The candidate should ensure the evolution of the Enel North America website responds to the evolution of the business, the needs of our stakeholders, and the data collected through our analytics to then turn the digital point in a site that directly supports customer’s and talent attraction.

This position reports to the Head of Digital Media for the US & Canada and works closely with all departments, web agencies, global teams and subject matter experts in the region.

The ideal candidate will have Broad-based technical knowledge of all aspects of Web site design including web architecture, User Experience and User Interface, user research, Search Engine Optimization, project management, content creation and web development, plus solid knowledge of and experience with integrated marketing and communications strategy in global companies; and, directing high profile Web sites and digital marketing initiatives.
